We have stayed here several times In the past pre covid. This time we stayed for 28 nights, left for Malaysia for 5 weeks then returned here for another 28 nights. The staff are great. The rooms are comfortable. I like the balcony. Breakfast is tasty

There is nothing I didn't like however I do think a few more sun brollies might be good. Also the bar by the pool would be more inviting if it was actually a bar. Saying that it's not a complaint just a suggestion

This hotel is very close to the city, so our clients could just walk to grab some food at Terminal 21 Pattaya and also not far from the beach. So perfect location. Rooms were arranged accordingly and even they got some issue with the refridgerator at first but the staff was smart enough to fix it and able to give the room we booked accordingly. Rooms were clean and spacious. All service staff were attentive and helpful with the check-in and out and luggages. Looking forward to coming back.

I think the hotel signage should be changed into a better font. It's a bit old and difficult to recognized outside. Also when reaching the hotel, there was no sign of telling that this is the hotel (at least the name of hotel). I think these can be improved to make sure this good hotel is here and easily to be approached.

this hotel is amazing...I don't like skyscrapers...everything is ok here close to everywhere. And it's not expensive. The service is very good ... I'm in this hotel for the third time ... And certainly not the last time,

during my last stay, I got a room facing the street ..... it was a bit too noisy at night ... next time I will know and I will take another room in this hotel, nevertheless I highly recommend it.

Love the location , breakfast and the staff . I've stayed here many times and I will be back . The pool area is very easy on the eye . Great place to relax

The general decor is very dated and bit crusty in places,but I love this hotel for many other reasons .

nearby the Terminal 21 like really close so you can walk there also the location was perfect not too far from the beaches staff are nice the environment in the hotel super private and calm cuz so many trees around there were swimming pool as well such a wonderful vibes if many hotel growing a lot of trees like this

The staff were friendly and approachable. The rooms were spacious, shower had hot water. Facilities were good, always got bed round pool and an umbrella

Nice staff. Lady working on the rooms are so humble, smiling and friendly. She was the best of the hotel. Great swimming pool too!

Breakfast not very good and no many options for continental breakfast style.

Superb location. Close to all amenities but still very relaxing. The layout is great. Excellent pool and shade if needed. The staff were exceptionally good. Always greeting guests with smiling, welcoming faces. Very good breakfast choices.

I had a suite which was really lovely.

Although I had a balcony my view was the wall of the next building and not overlooking gardens/pool as advertised The hotel could not change my room which was very disappointing.
