Good, wide rooms. Not far from the beach. Affordable. The man at the reception was very nice and helpful. The one with the beard. He was always solving even the tiniest problem and had the best attitude. Special thanks to him.

The girls at the reception. When i had a problem with the smell in my bathroom, one of them just said - "So... What do you want me to do? If you do not like it, you can leave!". It was rude and impolite. The other girl did not check the room availability and just lied to me, that the hotel was fully booked when there were still rooms available. These two are the worst!

Nice, large and rather clean rooms. Quit place, nice bathroom. For 16$ a night it's a perfect deal. Nice large reception place with swimming pool.

Location is not perfect, but bearable. Only cash. Deposit 200 bath.

Staff is very kindly. Hotel is very nice and clean. Room is clean. Pool is very nice with part of flysheet. It’s open from 8 morning to 8 pm. In the evening id very nice to swim.

Unfortunately restaurant doesn’t open even bar. You have to go out to cafe or restaurant. Next cafe from hotel Punthai is very nice and clean. No available teabags or coffee. As I wrote, you must go out for eat. Close from hotel is market in which you can buy fruit or vegetable or fish or warm dish. Market La-Or is good. But it has bad location to walking street (about 4,4 km) and to Jomtien Beach is far.

I Love this Hotel.my 2nd time to stay there in 12 months. Great value for money,Large apartment sized rooms,big comfortable bed,Fridge,wardrobe,Safe,Decent TV and a Kettle. Very good Aircon and self adjusting to the temp. Room serviced daily with 2 complimentary bottles of water. Also a lovely clean pool on the ground floor. Good and Quick and efficient lift up to floor 5 of 7. It's around 1 mile from beach road but easy access by motorbike Taxi or a 15/20 min walk.and 10 baht by Songteaw into Pattaya (25p) Staff were helpful. Will stay again for a 3rd time. When I return.

Bathroom was nice and clean,decent sized shower but needed a little mainanance in the bathroom and tightening all the light fixtures etc around the room. Only kettle supplied so you will need to bring,teas and coffees etc. Cash only but suited me. No Breakfast facilities as stopped before COVID.

Well I was staying at Teven Jomtien for just one week & indeed it was an pleasant and comfortable stay. Staffs were super cool as usual Thai hospitality. Per night room cost is about 400 bhat and certainly worth it. This hotel equipped with restaurant& bar as well. But due to covid restrictions/ lack of tourists it was closed during my stay. However Downstairs of the hotel Full of sorrounded by 7E, bars, local street food. So definitely you don't need to worry. Compact Swimming pool is located at entrance of the hotel. Highly Recommended to hire a bike which would be done by hotel staffs itself upon our request. You have to pay 200bhat per day and tenor is 24 hrs. Say for instance if you are picking it night 7pm means you can return by next day at 7pm. Bcos you have to walk little to reach Jomtien beach and other attractions.

Usually in most of the Thai hotels used to provide coffee & tea bags . But here it's not available. Its not a big issue. You can get in 7E & make yourself as per your wish. Electric kettle is available in room itself.

This is what I would call old style thai Mansion. The hotel has seen its prime but that does not mean it is not good, it is. It's a comfortable room, friendly housekeeping staff and near to 711. It's about a 20 minute walk to the beach and is away from the true hassle of downtown Pattaya or Jomtien Beach. Overall my partner and I extended our stay twice and enjoyed the simplicity of the accommodations. Our biggest issue with staying most place is noise. Even though we were above a bar and it got pretty rowdy at night, the noise was tolerable.

1) The check out process. We waited about 10 minutes to have the room checked and we had to go ask the front desk twice about it.. I'm not sure what we were waiting for.. no one else was even checking out. The lobby was empty. 2) The Bathroom needs to be refurbished desperately. Nice but falling apart.

Good WiFi, Eng TV channels, room size . 7/11 , Lotus and ATMs, Pharmacy , small street food stalls , restaurants , great fresh food market , bars within 2mins on main street and a good coffee shop on the corner. Rooms cleaned , stocked every day. Jomtien beach is a 10min walk , basically down main street over a junction..straight on. Overall I'd stay again .

Some of the nearby bars, Majestic Jomtien were very loud on both nights i stayed. Alot of reverb. But ..it was during Water Festival week and not sure if that was usual .. Small pool could have had cushions as there's just a few loungers to maintain. . Also, east facing hotel ..so gets sun until about 2.30..
