The guest house is very clean and quiet, the service is very good! The owner is super friendly and helpful, communication is uncomplicated and we felt very welcome at any time! It is located close to the historic city center, where you can go by bike (included) or tuktuk in a few minutes. The breakfast area overlooks a park with ancient temple fragments and every room has a big balcony surrounded by trees. There are restaurants and temples in walking distance. Location is very good for everyone who wants to experience different parts of the city and is planning a long stay!

Pan Din Boutique is an outstanding guesthouse. It is both homely and welcoming and you will be very well looked after by hardworking brother and sister Nack and Pear. On arrival I was given a welcome drink and having let the guesthouse know in advance of my arrival time my room had been pre-cooled. The meticulously clean rooms are well appointed with excellent WiFi, efficient air conditioning and free Netflix. My upstairs room (#2) had a balcony and was bright and sunny. The guesthouse is safe, secure and quiet at night. A delicious substantial breakfast is served outside in a peaceful setting from 7am. Thai or western options are available as vegetarian or non-vegetarian. A laundry service is available or there are self-service laundries within walking distance. Bicycles are free for guests to use and scooter rental can be arranged at very reasonable rates. Location is unbeatable as it is just a very short walk or cycle to all the major places of interest ‘on the island’. It is also close to many excellent eateries and amenities (convenience stores, ATMs, pharmacies, etc). It is walking distance (15 minutes) to the lively night-market but the guesthouse does very conveniently provide a free nightly shuttle at 630pm. This fabulous guesthouse offers incredible value for money, and I would very highly recommend Pan Bin Boutique to everyone. It is without question one of the best guesthouses I have had the privilege to stay in and is the perfect example of how a guesthouse should be run. Nack and Pear are amazing.They are meticulous and conscientious in their service and go out their way to help you. So, thank you for being such wonderful hosts and for all your kind generous hospitality. I could not have asked for more and I enjoyed Ayutthaya all the more thanks to you. My only regret is that l could not stay longer!

Spacious rooms and bathroom. The bed was ok, maybe a little hard. Shops and restaurants are close by, as are tourist attractions. The internet was fast and reliable. The included breakfast had both Western and Thai food choices.

The hotel is not easy to find and you must follow hotel staff on a scooter to reach the hotel’s parking area, which is just a small dirt area behind the property. The car park was secure enough. There was an alleyway between reception and our rooms, which is used by local residents on scooters and bicycles as a shortcut, which is somewhat dangerous. The bathroom in one of our rooms had a bad odour.

Tucked away off the main roads but still accessible to the sights. The owner was super friendly and helpful. The room was quiet (except for the ubiquitous Thai Koels!), comfortable and well presented. I took one of the free bikes out for a day on the road and it went like a charm. Just across the road is a Ma & Pa eatery that did great meals for lunch and there is a night time restaurant just around the corner. The free breakfast was great. Highly recommended place to stay. FYI: tuk-tuk from train station 150 B, to the train station 100 B.

The staffs always smile and they are so friendly and helpful. It was a great experience to ride the free bike in the historical city. We arrived early in the morning by train. The neighbor woke up the owner to let them know. They gave us the water and got the room ready one hour earlier than checkin time so we could take a nap. The breakfast was great and beyond expectations. The owner allowed us to check out late as a Christmas gift. In the end, the grab driver we booked was running late so the owner helped us to call the tuktuk to make sure we caught the train. We enjoyed our stay a lot and highly recommend this place.

Everything about this property was great! The staff/family at the accommodation were super lovely and helpful, their pets were adorable and the provided breakfast was delicious. The place is really close to the temple ruins and there are free bicycles available for use. We also rented a scooter from the hotel and it was in really good condition and very reasonably priced. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Free Netflix, bottled water and daily room cleaning.

Don't let first looks deceive you. Wonderful little place. Has cute doggy and cat. Cross foot path to reach main house, also path next to rooms leads to road. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Has hot water, good water pressure and cold AC. Fairly quite area. Has several local shops close by. Bikes are free to guests, just over the bridge is ruin of old palace. Host met me with cold water on my reutrn from seeing ruins. The city has ruins spread out, even behind guest house there is a small set. Many of ruins are with in easy walking distance of each other. Highly recommend downloading the Grab app. Most drivers have no problem finding or delivery to main road. Thank god StarSucks hasn't arrived here, largest chain is Amazon cafe, numerous little local café, including some close to guest house. Location is great for starting exploration of ruins.

Second time for me here, quality price is super good, rooms very clean and neat, lovely location in a calm area of Ayuttaya. Very close to the street where you can take taxi or tuktuk to get to the ruins

I love this place and I think the only thing improvable may be the brakfast (I like it a lot but these are tastes) If you have a car, the parking area is actually behind the structure, and you will need to reach it with a reasonable longer drive (not connected with the front), not really an issue actually.

Really loved our stay at this place. The hospidality and effort the hosts put in to this place weights up the fact that it's not the fanciest accommodation you've ever stayed. They gave us bottled water as much as we wanted, if we wanted our clothes washed, they arranged it. They gave us free ride to the night market and offered to drive us to the train station. The room was clean and our bed was big and really comfortable. We had netflix in our room and the aircon made our room cool as we liked. It's a nice and quiet place where you feel really welcomed. You wont be dissappointed. Thank you!

Everything was nice, but maybe the chairs on the balcony could be more comfortable.
