We had booked 2 pool-side rooms and were more than happy with our stay! I am honestly surprised about some of the negative evaluations, but when you look at how few there are compared to the very good ones ... The staff was very helpful & friendly. The breakfast was great. The pool was clean and had an excellent temperature. We were allowed to still use the pool after check-out. Thank you for that! The whole place is a pretty little oasis , with the bungalows situated around the lilly pond and the reception / breakfast area in the midst of it. A very nice set up. We could easily have stayed a few more nights and will happily come back.

There were a few small ants around in our room - but that is hardly preventable, so I would not hold that against the guest-house. That would be like saying "Hell, there were mosquitos!". The 2nd room had no "visitors".

Loved the little bungalows. Simple but clean with everything you need. Nice to have the pool to cool off too. Very good location. Close enough to walk to some temples. The owner also provided tips that were very helpful like where to find early breakfast, closest atm, etc.

Beautiful place and central to shops, close to train station. The pool was lovely and clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff and cleaners were friendly.Wifi good, Food,Tea and coffee available. Enjoyed our stay and will be back 😁

Lovely bungalows and pool area. Very friendly, helpful owners. Located close to Ancient temple area and lots of local restaurants in the area. We have no complaints!

the staff were lovely and the facilities were well located. the staff were keen to assist and the Thai style breakfast provided each day was really good. The staff provided detailed info on local sites and other useful info like where to find the closest convenience store. The noon check out was great.

the facilities were not quite what we expected, we thought the place was a larger resort type set up. it’s actually quite small and the rooms are older style, but clean and comfortable enough. we missed having tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Baan Luang Harn is a lovely little place to stay in Ayutthaya. We had a Deluxe Bungalow, which was so sweet, very clean, and had all we needed for a 2 night stay with good air-conditioning and a nice shower. It was very relaxing to sit on the deck chairs on the front porch. Breakfast was included in our room price, and you ate in the lagoon pavilion dining area, which was very nice with some simple options, or ordered cooked breakfasts of a few types the day before. The pool is just right for a cool off swim after visiting the historical park. There are good local eating options nearby and a 7 Eleven. We arranged a Tuktuk to take us around the historical sites and then to the train station when leaving. Very reasonable price for the accommodation & I recommend staying here.

It would be good to have a kettle & tea/coffee facilities in the room as you needed to make it at the pavilion & carry back in small cups. You have to use your bath towels for the pool. It would be nice to have pool towels.

It was such a pleasure to stay at this lovely hotel. The setting is very peaceful, serene and a delight to look at with all the individual cabins facing onto the pond with its water lilies. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners and staff. From greeting me when I arrived to going out and buying milk for my breakfast, they gave exceptional service. The cabins are very picturesque with your own balcony and inside they are very comfortable and included a private bathroom. There is also a pool to swim in or just to laze around. In a good location being very close to a range of restaurants and the bus stations. I would like to highly recommend the Baan Luang Harn! 10 out of 10.

The property is a beautiful little oasis with a little pond amidst which the reception/breakfast area is situated. The bungalows are lovely, simple but clean on the inside. The breakfast is very good, with a la options and, which is unusual, a full spread of baked goods, spreads, coffee/tea/juice. The pool is very clean and not within sight of the "main area" for more privacy. Very helpful owners. In walking distance to many of the temples and several good cafes/street stalls.

This place is located in easy walking distance (or super easy tuk tuk) of many of the key sites in Ayutthaya. It is super quiet but close to everything and when you are there you feel like you are in a remote paradise. I loved it.

I booked on a website so didn’t know that there was no way to see out of the room. Yes, there were windows but you couldn’t see out of them. I would clarify that in the future. Must have a window.
