The hotel staff were lovely! All very kind and helpful (especially the lifeguard who went above and beyond). Breakfast is perfect, you get a wide selection of sweet & salty and delicious fruit. We booked the sea view room with Spa pool, we were at the very end of the hotel and it was a very nice big room with sea view + balcony and little pool . The private beach is amazing! Best part of the hotel!! and the pool is also very very nice. The area is very calm and relaxing, 100% recommend. They have a lunch menu (195-300 baht) which is cheaper then their normal/dinner menu which came in handy!

The hotel is a little run down but the entire time we were there they were fixing it up. The room was made everyday but they did not sweep our room + the spa pool was not cleaned during our stay. The dinner menu is a little on the expensive side (200-400 Baht for thai food, 350-1000 baht for western food. Something to note is that the hotel is isolated and no free shuttle bus/van to bring you to a nearby village or area. So, you need to factor in the extra cost of car to pick you up.

The hotel was beautiful, even though we had a bit of rain as we were there during rainy season. However, the swimming pool was soooo nice, big and nicely constructed. The beach is on your doorstep and it's like your own private beach as no one else is there! The staff were amazing! We had two power outages in our room and straight away they came and fixed it and not just that, we wanted late check-out (very late check-out) and they gave it to us free of charge instead of the 50% room rate to make up for us losing power twice. The room itself was huge with everything you need! It was beautiful, the big window doors were really nice as you can look straight out onto the beach. Furthermore, I ordered the chicken padthai twice as it was that good! The breakfast also had a lot of choice and even more so, they had a coffee machine which I didn't see in too many hotels for breakfast.

The reason I didn't give it a 10/10 is because the toilet doors did not shut properly. They were sliding doors and they did not fully shut, so anyone else in the room can look in and see you on the loo. Furthermore, there were a lot of stains on my sheets and pillows, and the ones on the pillow looked like someone had a fun night. The shower wasn't the most powerful and you'd expect it to be better for the price you're paying and also it is a quite basic shower. Also, it didn't have anywhere to put your shower gel, shampoo etc so I had to put it on the floor and keep bending down to pick it up, which isn't great for my 90 year old back pains. But these aren't the biggest issues, it's just personally I think this. If I had a choice, I'd 100% stay here again.

This hotel was a very nice choice, especially for our honeymoon. We wrote to them that it will be our honeymoon and so they decorated our beds which was a nice thing to do. The breakfast was actually great. It was amazing being on a resort literally on the beach that is visible basically everywhere you go! It really was a peaceful and relaxing time there away from the busy city. :) The people who worked there were very nice and accommodating. To be honest, when I read some of the negative reviews about this place, I was worried but it seems they made efforts to fix the problems that were listed :) We really enjoyed our time!

They did not respond quickly or sometimes at all to our booking or email messages and if they did, they did not answer our questions. The weird part is they did fulfill the requests we had in our messages so I guess that was a good thing but it would have been nice to have a response so we would not have to worry.

This is an excellent hotel in a fabulous location. The rooms are in need of some refurbishment- but the staff and food are very good. We will definitely go back.

Noisy, poorly placed aged air conditioning.

The location was perfect for people who wants privacy as there is no outside vendors to roam the beach with guests.

The property itself needs touch up, everything looks old and unkept. Saw many dry rots and nails sticking out from deck area.

Nice white sand beach and great views

We bought a bottle of liquor and staff gave us some snacks but didnt tell us it was not free. I like to know when I have to pay for what and not assume I wanted it. I still paid but dont like the little $5 hustle on me.. Just tell me ahead and Im ok.

Room nice , comfortable, clean, fully equipped. Beach fantastic, pool superb, all relaxed.

It is isolated from Nai Thon. You need a taxi to get there, one cannot walk into town, road too dangerous. A little Tuk Tuk shuttle would be good. Restaurant is very poor. Breakfast was ok with a good egg station, but main meals were very average. That is why the restaurant is empty every night and all the guests go into Nai Thon for dinner. Restaurant and hotel staff all great.

The beach is so incredible, if you're looking for a beautiful beachfront hotel this should be at the top of your list! We was only meant to stay at the beginning of our holiday but changed our final hotel to this one because it was just so so perfect! The rooms are beautiful with thai decor all over , you get your own plunge pool , the view of the sea , the soft white sand, a big public pool overlooking the Andaman sea, the food is delicious too! Restaurant room service was awesome (however they did get our order wrong one night) , the smoothies & milkshakes are super tasty , the location is also a small walk away from the gorgeous tropical banana beach and nai thon beach is not far away in the other direction. Truly amazing stay and we hope to return again in the near future!! The breakfast was also my favourite out of all the hotels we stayed at and i loved how tropical the place was , i love hearing the sounds of the birds in the tropical trees next to the beach :D if you have a paddleboard i would 10000000% recommend bringing it, the water is so clear and the sunrise and sunset from the sea looks insane.

Our room service order arrived wrong one night , we could have got it fixed but we where too hungry to care that much. No other negative comments to make , if i could live there i would in a heartbeat!
