Good breakfast, very friendly staff, good spacious rooms and clean pool. Unlimited supply of bottled water. Special mention to Mai in reception who was so helpful and friendly. Buggy drivers “Wut” and “Number 1” were exceptionally friendly and helpful they would even guide us where to visit each day in Phuket. Spa services were excellent at the spa pavilion room.

Wi-Fi was a bit dodgy. It was not accessible most of the time within the room. Although the it guy came and said that they were having this issue with some devices and helped out. I would expect a 5 star to have exceptional internet services for what they are charging. Location was very quiet even for a family and even though we had a car we had to wait for the buggy. The drivers were great in that they were limited in number but would try and cater to everyone. Staff are exceptional but management should do better.

The villas are amazing full equipped, large spaces fantastic. Staff its so good and always friendly fixing problems on the daily basis. The view we love it with my wife, surrounded with greenery in all the places. We stay for a week and we love the place fantastic recommended. Housekeeping is excellent she look in all the details in the week we stay at the hotel.

Good Spa but the GM must hire more staff due they have only few people and is in high demand all the time, is not posible to book and there's no sense to have a villa with Spa but you dont have enough staff. so the guest can't used the facilities. Food is average there is a big room for improvement in this area, selling prices are high versus quality, menu variety is poor. The hotel is too far from any place so you must take the shutter or better rent your own transportation.

Huge rooms that were very comfortable. Staff were absolutely delightful and extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast and other food and drinks were excellent. Driveway and lobby are gorgeous

Property is located on a big hill so you need to use a buggy to get around, including to reception from most rooms and to breakfast from the villas. You cannot walk anywhere from the resort so it is necessary to get transport to the beach or any of the shops, massage etc. It's 10 mins to shops/restaurants and 20 mins to beach. There are only 3 free shuttles per day so not always convenient. It costs about 300 baht to get to the shops/restaurants outside the resort. If you don't mind this then it is a great place to stay but we prefer to be able to walk around more.

The staff are very kind and professional. Huge room and enough space our room was very clean and as expected and looks similar to the pictures there are a privacy for the swimming pool and we liked it.

I didnt like the floating breakfast in our room which costed around 800THB and its was exactly similar to the food in the buffet breakfast

We stayed as a family of 4 in 2 Tropical View rooms that were huge (800+ square feet) with a separate living room and bathroom. Ask for rooms on a higher floor as they result in beautiful views from the balcony. They are also very close to the main pool and Firefly restaurant where breakfast is served. Breakfast was very nice and you are served from your table for tea/coffee and from the egg menu which is lovely, whilst the rest of the buffet was excellent, especially the free flowing bubbly. We ate at all the restaurants which are very nice if a touch expensive as there are so many nice restaurants in Bang Tao / Boat Road. You get super views from 360. Firefly was great for lunch. Alto was nice but the bill does rack up, especially if you order wine. The service in all 3 restaurants was excellent and the serving staff could not do more to make your visit any better. The resort is very hilly but don’t worry as they have loads of buggy’s and cars (without doors) to take you wherever you need via an app you install on your phone or via a call to reception. My wife visited the spa and was delighted with the treatments. We also took the shuttle bus from the hotel to the shopping centre which was good. Most of the time when we ate out we took a taxi to Bang Tao (300 bhat each way) and Phuket Night market (700 bhat each way). We also bought the resort credits in advance which gave you extra money to spend on food, drink, spa treatments and so is a worthwhile investment. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we will definitely visit again in the future. Not only is the resort lovely but ALL the staff were super friendly and made our stay one to remember.

Almost Everything. The suits are large and comfortable. We didn’t manage to get two villas as planned as there was only one left when we booked. So book in advance. The staff is amazing. The mew manager Tim went an extra mile during our stay. I think some things, especially the dining scene and some policies should be changed as they bring down the grade from 5* to 4*. But I think Tim will manage to bring it up to the standards. They used to be an amazing restaurant called Plantation where Alto is now. I think they should bring it back. We are Italians and I don’t think Alto is a restaurant good enough. The dishes were just ok, like at any average restaurant in Italy. The drinks service at breakfast is super slow. I have to have my coffee before eating and I had to wait 15 mins each time. Don’t miss the afternoon tea! The guys there taught us how to make Thai milk tea. The pancakes and the sweets are very tasty

Location on the hill is a plus and a minus at the same time. I wish the hotel had a beach club and a more frequent shuttle service to the beach. The shuttle drops you off at Smigo’s and they never had comfortable beds available. As soon as you arrive the staff starts bugging you to order something even if you just had breakfast.

This place is just the definition of luxury. Everything is amazing. We were in a spa and pool villa and it is difficult to describe the two story space. The living area is almos the size of a tenis court with huge sofa, eating table, working area, kitchenette area. We had our private spa room with two massage beds, steam sauna... The bedroom just a dream made true, two showers, one in and one outside, jacuzzi... And the pool and resting area... Your jaw drops... Then two breakfast spots, restaurants... And the best of all the service.

I waited around 30 minutes for the golf car to come and take me to the lobby.. any thing we order it takes around the same duration.. their staff will not apologize for any inconvenience services.. they ignored all our comments. Also, after we moved to another hotel within the same area, we noticed that a small carry bag missing in the resort car that dropped us, we requested them to send it and they approved after CHARGING us for the delivery! They charge you extra for every thing , even laundry bag or slippers in the room are chargeable!

I/ we looooved the superb views from our Ocean View Pool Villa - absolutely breathtaking!! The pool was awesome too. The outdoors day-bed was a nice little touch. The staff were all amazing, especially the guys that took us by buggy to and from the reception. The food was generally very good, except one main course at Alto (the beef cheek which was a tad dry). But everything else, both Western and Thai, was super tasty. My faves were the Thai beef salad (I had it like 5 times, haha) and my friend's tuna carpaccio starter (I forget the name of the dish) from Alto. The little amuse bouche dishes, inclg the Arancini, were heavenly little morsels. The bathroom was huuuge and the bedroom luxurious with also amazing views of the ocean. I absolutely enjoyed my stay!!
