First of all, I would like to thank all the workers in this beautiful resort, they were really responsible for the attention and to meet all the requests of the guests with love, and smile that does not leave their faces, they are really nice. As for the resort, He doesn't need my commendation, a luxurious and upscale resort in the quiet area with private beach. They clean the villa twice a day, They pay attention to the smallest details with zero mistakes. and all your requests are taken care of and answered. Thank you Trisara resort, they surprise me and gave us a cake for my wife's birthday. It was a great experience to stay in Trisara resort and I will definitely have another visit to this hotel.

Super clean, food is good, spa is the best, the extra bed was an actual bed not a sofa bed, they provided additional baby stuff without requesting for free; bottle warmer, bath tub, bottles sterilizer, bottles brush, shampoo and lotion. private pool is big , breakfast in room is provided without additional charge. the also have a nice kids club and provide great babysitting service! best option for couples traveling with kids.

Staff may be less competent at busy time, such as wedding party. Also the English level is better to be further improved. The mosquito is very annoying as well!

A lovely, luxurious stay in paradise!! A quality resort, with top-class facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. And a great location, only 15 minutes drive from the airport. We stayed in an ocean pool view villa … and it was just wow! Total privacy, very large, tasteful Thai room … with the most comfortable bed! We had to stay in the room for 12 hours on arrival (waiting for covid test results) .. and it was in fact just a great way to start our holiday. Our private pool was a great size, and just lovely to swim in … even in the rain! All the staff throughout the resort were just so genuine, friendly and helpful. And a special thank you to our host Ms Jaegun for looking after us so well. We were connected by WhatsApp - a great way to make requests, ask Qs and receive a very quick reply. Just so helpful. Housekeeping staff were also great, finding time to clean the room when out for breakfast or lunch. And then provided a great turn down service. Mid October so end of rainy season and although we had some thunderstorms, temperature didn’t vary much from a lovely 30°C with cool breeze. And with the resort being quiet just now, a buggy was always available to take us back to the villa if caught out in the rain. The beach and restaurants / bar were also only a short 5 minute walk. Nice secluded beach but small, and quite rocky in shallow water. But red flags most of the time we were here, so limited opportunities for us to swim in the sea. And due to early days of sandbox program, also very quiet although busier towards end of our stay. Highly recommend to stay here … and we will certainly be back again!

Staff were exceptional and sincere in their service to the hotel guests which is the defining line that makes the stay so comfortable

We are fortunate to have stayed at some of the most luxurious properties around the world and I have to say this was one of the best, truly exclusive, with excellent service and a pool villa with real wow factor. I am very glad I choose this to celebrate my wife’s 30th. Trisara felt like it should be 6 stars and it was a classy experience all around. Will return!

If I had to find something it would be the price of food comparative to other high end resorts we also experienced in Phuket, but this was a minor gripe.

Everything from A to Z was amazing. The hotel itself was excellent, but I must admit the best part of the hotel was the professionalism and care of the staff.

The hotel is a bit far from any main center, however it is the cost of having such a beautifully clean and pristine location. Other than that everything was great
