The resort is beautiful, the rooms are big, every room has a balcony, the staff are very nice, respectful and helpful. The rooms are super clean and amenities are provided. The location is in an upmarket gated marina community. There is a mini-shopping center 200m away with a bank, supermarket, massage, cafe etc. There are also a lot of restaurants 100-300 m away. Within the gated community there is a free-shuttle service which is always available. There is a very big clean pool at the of resort; most of the rooms have a view to the pool. The pool has a poolside bar and a generous supply of clean towels. The breakfast is good; they offer continental and oriental breakfast. They offer freshly made Omelettes with toppings of your choice. The coffee is really good, I always had a cappuccino. I visited at the end September/beginning of October the place was very quiet and relaxing which is exactly what I needed.

The location is on the east side if Phuket, all the beaches are on the west side. So travel to beaches or Phuket old town is far and this will cost you.

Room is spacious. Good facilities. Just everything you needed. Staff are helpful and polite.

Mattress is super hard. They had added additional topper but didn’t help. Even tho the room was clean in general but cleaning team didn’t do a good job. Hair on toilet wall, used shower cap hang on the door, cleaning tools found after checking in. Besides, I lost my “white” swimsuit. I assumed I hanged on the tower rag and they collected it by mistake thinking it was a tower when I asked for room to be cleaned!!! Breakfast choice was limited. Coffee/ Tea weren’t good quality!

I liked the shuttle service

The penthouse door was bulky and very noisy. The smell from the bathrooms was not nice

miserable location for activities, it’s hotel complex and inside this area is everything more expensive - rent a car or scooter and you have to drive at least 15min. to Phuket city - the traffic is crazy

The itself is really nice. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the pool is very good as well.

The location is quite bad. There is no beach and it's far to the city centre. Unfortunately the service absolutely doesn't live up to what you would expect from such a hotel. The staff couldn't answer any basic questions about things like the connection to the city and whether there are any Chjnese new year celebrations. We also had a problem with the AC, which can happen of course, but when they finally fixed it after quite some time, they just left the big puddle of water in the floor. In such a hotel that's not okay.

All in all nice hotel, very kind staff, rooms ok, but also depends on what u book. a very big place with multiple complexes so be sure to check in which building ur booking (my recommendation would be the central with view of the pool). Its located at a boat marina, has really no access to any beaches or generally anything outside of the marina…has a lot of content though within this massive complex including several bars and restaurants and even a Soho house…its a nice place to serve a purpose if u have something to do around (there a number of agencies in the marina that offer wake surfing, freediving, fishing trips etc) but definitely not an “island vibe” resort.

Breakfast was good, but food gets cold as the burner was off. Food selections not too bad.

They upgraded us to a bigger room with a much nicer view. That was really considerate of them, as we didn’t expect it at all. It became like a home since we stayed there for almost 2 weeks. The balcony view of the marina was incredible as the sun sets directly in front of us between the mountains beyond. I also liked that I got to hang out at the cafe as it had a/c.

The room we were staying at was pretty far from the main resort, so we had to walk to the main building everyday for breakfast. We just looked at the bright side, it was exercise for us. Also, their free shuttle is very accessible so it made up for it. The surrounding restaurants might be a little more expensive. But there’s also foodpanda that can deliver to our building so we just did that on our last few days (the phuket main town is pretty far, like 20-30 minute drive, so it’s not always that we got to just go into town to eat local food).

No. 1 is that they are considerate. I told them about my concern with the first room and they helped me shift to a better room. No. 2 is that the staff are very helpful, approachable and nice. I will truly miss Aom from the Front desk and the Breakfast buffet team especially the reception. No. 3 is that the rooms in the main building are quiet and huge. The amenities are complete with kettle, fridge, balcony. Plus they always clean the room. No. 4 is that there are restaurants inside and around the resort. There is a shuttle that will bring you to the place inside that you want to go to. There is also bicycle available for use. No. 5 is the easy check in and check out.

No. 1 is the first room i was provided coz that was far from the main hotel plus the car noises are so loud. No. 2 is the choices for breakfast. They are so limited and bland. They dont taste sometimes. No. 3 is the room service. Not sure if it is just me but the food i have ordered tasted bland. No. 4 is the lack of activities for the guests. No. 5 is that I can see so much potential of the resorts. With the right people to manage the team and the resort, I believe it can generate more revenues and garner bigger market. No. 6 is the bed. So hard. Lol
