Very modern, lovely views great pool. The hotel certainly had the wow factor especially the Lobby and isole and vanilla sky bar.

The hotel could organise a shuttle to town in the evenings as they only run in the daytime. The poolside restaurant was very nice with a good selection of food and drinks, but the other two restaurants were very overpriced hence always empty.

We booked the Honeymoon Suite at Cape Sienna for a week in April, and it was one of the best rooms we have stayed in. It was very spacious, had a huge balcony with a jacuzzi outside that had a direct view of the sea. I witnessed some of the most beautiful sunsets from our balcony. The most underrated thing at this hotel is the water pressure in the shower – best one I have ever experienced in any hotel! There was a good variety of food at breakfast with plenty of fruits, freshly baked bakery, and a great mix of Thai & Western foods. The beach is a short walk away, however walking back up was difficult given the heat & humidity, so we only did this once and got a taxi/tuktuk the other times. I was a bit hesitant booking this hotel at first after reading some reviews regarding staff, however I didn’t have any problems there at all. Everyone was super friendly and always willing to help. I would recommend this hotel to couples and families who want a quiet holiday near the lovely and peaceful Kamala Beach.

view was fabulous overlooking the sea. Breakfast I thought was included but then turned out not to be and was overpriced. Room was fabulous with large terrace and new bathrooms.

all was pretty good, staff friendly, but a little less attentative and slower service than what we are used to in HK While the view and facilities were great, the location in Kamala had something to be desired as it was a taxi ride everywhere. Would book something in Bangtao or Surin next time to be walking to a nice clean beach. Kamala beach was a bit dirty with a effluent river of black junk oozing into the sea which was disgusting.

Amazing facilities, the breakfast was probably the best you can have, high quality food, huge variety and delicious. The rest of the food at the restaurant as well as the cocktails were also very, very good. The room is very big and we had the one with a jacuzzi on the balcony, amazing. The location is great, around 10-15 minutes the main town with restaurants and shops as well as the beach. It is located on a hill so keep that in mind, it will be a short climb if you're walking back to the hotel, but you can also easily get a taxi or tuk tuk if you're feeling lazy. The pools are great with plenty of sun beds.

Great stay in Kamala! The hotel is 5 minutes far away from Kamala in a very quiet area with a terrific view. We have booked a room with sea view and balcony, the room was spacious and very clean, everything was perfect. You could rent a motorbike (best option to visit the area) and in a short time you could get to the best beaches of Phuket, i kindly suggest you to visit the Sunday market at Phuket Old Town!

The resort was beautiful with stunning views. Staff were friendly throughout our stay except at check out. The pool area was relaxing. Situated in a very quiet area which is family beach especially for those looking for the more quiet atmosphere.

The resort is far from the main swimming beach. Like various other resorts have a shuttle service a few times a day, it should be considered by Cape Sienna to fully complete the five star experience.

I found the staff around the pool were not attentive at all. I had to get up from my sun bed every time to walk to the bar to order a drink. they never looked over or walked out to see if I wanted another drink. and the one time they came to take my empty glass didn’t ask if I wanted another one. he just grabbed the glass and walked off. not great service there. definitely room for improvements and maintenance. the balcony was all rusted out, air con unit dripping a lot of water. no air con in lifts to block 4. minor things

I loved my stay here. Very comfortable as a solo female traveler, I was week looked after and it was easy to not have to leave the resort for anything other than visiting other islands. The beach is a short walk and it’s a very cheap Bolt ride to Shimmer beach restaurant and to the local beach club. Three nice places to eat at the hotel. One at the pool, second on the rooftop and 3rd around the pool. If you’re feeling a little restless, you have the hotel’s own café just a minutes walk from the hotel where you can either be around the pool or working remotely from the café. The only issue is no changing places in the Rock Café. Overall excellent rooms and breakfast was pretty good too! The views from breakfast room are spectacular!! Try for a sea view room if budget allows, it was so relaxing spending time on the balcony too.
