The people were really nice and the location is impressive. We slept very well and recovered fine. When we came down the stairs in the morning, well rested and relaxed, butterflies everywhere, the impressive view, we felt really good. The breakfast buffet made every effort. The pools are better for photos than actually bathing. Bar and restaurant are basically okay and not overpriced. Lovely atmosphere, we liked it.

There have been guests who have complained about the cleanliness in the past. In particular, they would be annoyed about "mold on the walls". Well, we didn't have that. Of course, if you freeze the rooms with air conditioning to 21 degrees European "room temperature" all day long, and then open the windows and pump in the tropical-monsoonal air, then the walls and windows naturally "sweat" considerably, which in the tropics leads to plant growth. Phuket has 188 rainy days a year. The same with the mosquitoes. If you want clean rooms, you have to live like that yourself and show some responsibility.

I like the view from the balcony and the food. The location is great to visit other places like ANDAMANDA, Batong Beach and another very great restaurants by beach.

There are INSECTS every where in the room. Sometimes even in the bed. They should find a solutions to get red of them especially when there is no one renting. For the check out i phoned the reception at 11 a.m asking for IRON and we argued about it because i have to check out at 12. (1 hour is enough time to prepare your self and IRON your clothes)

great spot. perfect for kids with the kids room, has a small but decent gym.

A lot of guests smoking cannabis around the pool area. For someone who was pregnant and also had a toddler it would have been appreciated if staff asked to have them smoke at appropriate places away from kids slides and play area.

The location of the hotel, the peacefulness that comes with its location. A perfect place for anybody. I am already missing it.

There could have been more vegetarian options in breakfast and in meal options. The shower needs a good setting. The water at times is very hot and therefore an appropriate setting needs to be made.

The staf was very friendly and helpful. There was an issue when the power were to be shut off for the whole Kamala region, thus hotel offered complimentary lunch and shuttle to Patong, which is very thoughtfull. Breakfast were great. We stayed for 8 days and I gotta say, that each time they would put something different alongside casual continental breakfast. Even though its a 20 minute walk from hotel to the centre of Kamala, hotel provides free shuttles 5 times a day to and back from the Kamala beach, which is very convenient.

I wouldnt recommend getting premium rooms that are way up the hill (like we did) as the rooms are not that much better, but the climb on hot weather up the steep hill for my fat ass was too much :/. The pools could be cleaned more often.

Breakfast was brilliant. Excellent variety of dishes. Omelettes were brilliant and I love the rice porridge excellent. Staff friendly and attentive. Excellent....Room quiet and comfortable. Clean and tidy. The fact that we stayed at the top of the hill was a bit of a challenge although the hotel supplied a 'shuttle' to take us up the hill we chose to walk. Much better for the fitness levels and at 70 years old made us feel really good to accomplish the 'trek'!! The staff were excellent. bit of a walk to town but we hired motor-bikes and had a ball. Just remember to focus on what's in front!!! What's behind you will take care of itself. Great fun...........

stunning hotel, big room, amazing views, two beautiful infinity pools overlooking the sea, reception and lounge areas are just lovely, staff superb, they cannot do enough for you. incredible value at £32 a night including breakfast for 2.

Nothing. maybe breakfast for Westerners not great but still ok. No minbar in room but tea/coffee/water and fridge in room. Toiletries not great quality but again, perfectly ok.

Amazing views from almost everywhere in the resort. Friendly staff. Lovely infinity edge pool. Room was very nice with comfortable bed and chairs. Breakfast was fine and gluten free bread/cake provided.tice noodle dishes fantastic as was chicken rice soup and condiments.

Bathroom missing towels rails and hooks to hang clothes on. New pillows for bed needed. Linen was fine. More options required for dinner menu which was limited and a bit hit and miss with quality. More special night dinners and cocktail hour specials required to keep guests at the resort and having something different to look forward too. Need tea bags and hot water for breakfast (none offered only coffee options). The resort has recently changed hands and in the process of refurbishment so some. Pool room lights should be on and the bar/counter open for business as it is such a beautiful space left being unused which is a shame. Limitations are to be expected as it is a very large resort built about 20 years ago. Would like to revisit in a few years time when more up and running.

The hotel and facilities were very nice. Staff were friendly and accommodated all of our needs. We had a balcony room on the third floor and the view was amazing. I have seen other reviews with negative comments about the steep climb to the rooms, but we did not find this a problem at all. I am 75 years old and have an injured knee. If I did not want the exercise walking, there was always someone who would take you to your complex in a hotel golf cart.

The food at the restaurant was average at best and the shuttle to the beach shut down early and had to be booked well ahead.
