Comfortable bed and bedding. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location. Could use pool 24 hours.

The place is close to Big C, Central Phuket, Lotus's, Home Pro. It means that you need only a short walk to buy or eat all you need. The cleaning service was excellent. The room was clean and tidy (no smells etc.). The bed linen was white and clean. The shower worked perfectly well. The manager and all staff are very polite, helpful and professional. The whole feeling is safe (let me note that this is really important!). The open space on the roof above is fantastic and has a great panoramic view. But is was not popular the time of low rainy season I stayed, and possibly therefore was not top priority of the keeping. I am very thankful to the hotel's management and staff, they are really very good!

I prefer completely quite spaces and for me it was noisy outside. Maybe if the room looked another side it did not have this.

Family ran, friendly staff, very clean, safe homie feel. I love the rooftop pool because it was clean and quiet and open 24/7. Theres stuff close enough to walk, or pick up a cheap Grab ride. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was great, good size fridge too. We were so satisfied with our stay there. Also very reasonable prices on drinks downstairs in their cooler. Looking forward to returning again soon :)

Can't say I was a huge fan of the tight parking because I have a big vehicle, but that's very typical in every city, it's no problem. I wish the streets weren't one-way in front. From the mall to the hotel: 2 minutes. To the mall from the hotel: 10 minutes. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Location , Clean , friendly staff and value of your money. Over all I like this place.

It would be better if they provide boiled water at the common area because no coffee and kettle set up in the room. for some people who need coffee in the morning it's long distance walking to 7-11. and when you return from 7-11 your coffee already cold.

the rooftop has a spectacular view for sunrise and sunset, and the pool is beautiful! the staff were super friendly, helpful and fun. a 15 minute walk from the big Chillva Market

the walls of the pool could use a scrub! it’s near the big shopping malls but be aware that you need transport to get to Phuket town. You can catch the pink songtaew but they’re not very frequent!

Place was very close to Andamanda Waterpark which is why we chose it, the rooms were fine for what we wanted, no frills.

Poor communication,we were delayed and tried to let hotel know but they never replied so it was stressful hoping that they were still open when we got there 3 hours after closing time in the middle of the night.

The personal is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Especially thanks to the manager, very kind and respectful guy. Very cool roof area to exercise and relax. Close to major trading places of Phuket, 10 min on bike to old town.

A little dirty pool. Cheaper rooms having a humming sounds from fridges, so I had to upgrade the room.

Very nice room and very good views and very good stuff very good area just love it love that place we'll be there next time for sure if I have a chance to traveling or visit the area again :)

I wish that can have 24 hours reception because some customers just came back in the middle of the night and there were talking so loud and very noisy like 1 2 3:00 a.m. in the morning and no one can help us to tell them to be quiet
