The interior design is just amazing. It's good location if you are looking for to be in phuket old town. It's near many weekend markets as well.

I think I may have chosen the wrong location.

The room was comfortable and had all necessary amenities, and the hotel staff very kind and helpful, providing advice and assistance when requested. Shops, restaurants, a small shopping center and a large shopping mall within walking distance. Information on how to use local public transportation posted in the lobby. Would recommend O'nya Phuket Hotel to other travelers, but do wish to mention that it is located a bit outside of Phuket Town and near the main road of Phuket.

The hotel is located about 50 or so meters from a very busy thoroughfare, and we could hear the street noise in the room at night, even with the windows closed. For a very light sleeper (such as my wife), this could be a problem, but was not a problem for me. The hotel is located a fair distance from Phuket Town, and travelers must avail of the local public transportation, taxis or other transportation to go from the hotel to anywhere on the island. It was not a problem, but worth mentioning.

The hotel was lovely, the room had all the necessities, . The Staff was helpful in every way possible. There is a big shopping center, a 10 minute walk from the hotel, also a hamdfull of local restaurant (mostly filled with locals, so the food was nice) It was a good spot to get taken for daily boat trips

It was noisy, with a 24/7 Coca Cola distribution center and the main Phuket road just around the corner. But if u sightsee a lot,, you'll be to tired to care :) Ear plugs, are a good option as well Also the bed was super hard.

Really cute property and cute room.

The bathroom tile in the shower was never cleaned so it was a bit of a slimy feeling and the shower water options were only extremely hot water or freezing cold water, no in between. The bed was hard as a rock and the sheets for the week we were there were never changed out. The ac was very noisy, you can also hear the busy streets off in the distance too so it just felt noisy every day.

Hotel design is artistic and interesting, not your standard boring rooms, bed is comfortable, shower has good pressure and hot water, rooms are clean.

On a main road, superbikes and trucks can be heard all night long, if you sleep light bring along ear plugs. Minimal shower soap provided, and no basin soap provided, best to bring extra if you are more than one person.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Phuket town...I love everything there as the hotel close by to 4 shopping center ,local food and transport to Phuket town, Patong,Kata,Chalong and the airport. The room very clean, quiet and super service from the staff there. I will come back to stay there again bcs the hotel super cute as Chinese classy style!

The hotel is lovely very clean and the rooms are lovely and very central to everything if you hire a scooter everything is like 20/30 minutes either way to beaches and towns

Just a bit close to a main road traffic noise was a bit off putting the first night but after that it's great not the hotels fault

The hotel was very pretty and the staff was very helpful. The hotel rooms were clean. We had kept our bags for storage (for additional cost) even though we didn't have a booking for an entire day. There is an Indian restaurant right next door which serves decent Indian food with a great Bollywood playlist.

The location is a little secluded and is in front of a highway.

I liked the place a lot: giant ceilings, comfortable room, cozy furniture and unique Portuguese design, they serve free water everyday, close to the shopping centre, old town, Chillva market. The area is not very touristic

You have to leave the hanger on the door to note that you would like to have your room cleaned, otherwise it won’t be cleaned

The hotel has beautiful sino-portugese and old Chinese details. The room was spacious, clean and well-kept. All the essential was provided.

The room is on the side of a big road, so there were sometimes traffic noises, but nothing too loud. The location also was a bit far from the city centre, the airport and the local beaches, so we recommend renting a car or motorcycle beforehand.
