Hotel is beautiful, close to the Central Festival shopping centre and a quick Grab into town. Staff are great. The Indian restaurant downstairs is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable.

Location is not ideal. It's very close to the highway, which is very loud all through the night and not easily walkable. Even locations quite close are best accessed by car, and the apparently regular buses into Phuket Town were hard to find if they even existed.

The interior design is just amazing. It's good location if you are looking for to be in phuket old town. It's near many weekend markets as well.

It’s a neat and clean cosy hotel with vintage decor, spacious rooms and toilets, very close to Central mall and Chillva Market. The property has been maintained meticulously with an eye for details, which is very rare in the price range, Located centrally to all places of interest in Phuket. The staff were very courteous and helped us with our queries and reservations promptly. A must stay hotel in Phuket, will surely visit again🙏

The room was comfortable and had all necessary amenities, and the hotel staff very kind and helpful, providing advice and assistance when requested. Shops, restaurants, a small shopping center and a large shopping mall within walking distance. Information on how to use local public transportation posted in the lobby. Would recommend O'nya Phuket Hotel to other travelers, but do wish to mention that it is located a bit outside of Phuket Town and near the main road of Phuket.

The hotel is located about 50 or so meters from a very busy thoroughfare, and we could hear the street noise in the room at night, even with the windows closed. For a very light sleeper (such as my wife), this could be a problem, but was not a problem for me. The hotel is located a fair distance from Phuket Town, and travelers must avail of the local public transportation, taxis or other transportation to go from the hotel to anywhere on the island. It was not a problem, but worth mentioning.

The hotel was lovely, the room had all the necessities, . The Staff was helpful in every way possible. There is a big shopping center, a 10 minute walk from the hotel, also a hamdfull of local restaurant (mostly filled with locals, so the food was nice) It was a good spot to get taken for daily boat trips

It was noisy, with a 24/7 Coca Cola distribution center and the main Phuket road just around the corner. But if u sightsee a lot,, you'll be to tired to care :) Ear plugs, are a good option as well Also the bed was super hard.

Amazing rooms, very spacious and it really felt very luxurious. Wifi was great albeit a little annoying having to log in every 3 hours if you’d not used the connection.

No breakfast option and the cafe next door didn’t open until 11am so you had to go out if you wanted breakfast. Location is 15minutes walk from anything and to get to any beach/old town you have to get a taxi or rent a vehicle

Really cute property and cute room.

The bathroom tile in the shower was never cleaned so it was a bit of a slimy feeling and the shower water options were only extremely hot water or freezing cold water, no in between. The bed was hard as a rock and the sheets for the week we were there were never changed out. The ac was very noisy, you can also hear the busy streets off in the distance too so it just felt noisy every day.

Hotel decor is so good, it has beautiful corridor front of the rooms, everything is so good but location is far from everything except Central mall You can storage your luggage for free

20 minutes driving to old town which is far All the stuff speaks only Thai which is hard to communicate

Hotel design is artistic and interesting, not your standard boring rooms, bed is comfortable, shower has good pressure and hot water, rooms are clean.

On a main road, superbikes and trucks can be heard all night long, if you sleep light bring along ear plugs. Minimal shower soap provided, and no basin soap provided, best to bring extra if you are more than one person.
