It was clean and well presented. The beds were very comfortable rooms was a very good size with amenities. I liked the WhatsApp message system they have adopted. We stayed in a pool villa with shared pool it was very tranquil and relaxed. The breakfast was good that was delivered to the room but a Tea Pot would make things better on a morning.

1. You’re in the middle of nowhere so be mindful if you don’t have your own transportation, a taxi costs around 250Bt to go anywhere and I believe the hotel also as some sort of transportation. 2. Food stops at 7pm so no room service or shop within walking distance 3. Checkout was at 12pm and at 11:30 we had room service waiting outside to get in a simple message would have given them notice we was leaving at 12pm These are all small points overall we enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommend

Lovely hotel in a quiet area, very nice to chill and relax. However you did need a scooter to get around places as nothing within walking distance but I knew that ahead of arrival and was happy it was a quiet area. Staff were very helpful and accommodating arranging scooter hire and onwards travel via ferry.

There was only a fan in the kitchen/dining area, would have been nicer if aircon had also extended to this area.

Great accomodation, very clean, including all the facilities and utilities. Beatiful view to the pool, very clean water and environment. Excelent personal, very helpful and kind.

We had a fantastic week at this hotel, which is especially great for families with small kids. They provided a free baby crib, and the villa was spacious and impeccably clean. Our villa type with private pool even has a washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. The reception was always reachable via what’s app, and they were quick to respond and very helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here.

The breakfast, though convenient, often arrived cold to the villa. It could be improved in terms of taste and healthiness, perhaps with more refined options and a daily variety of seasonal fruits. Nonetheless, this was acceptable for a four-star hotel.

Everything about Lady Naya was perfect, from our room, the pool area, the lounge and especially the super nice and sweet staff. Mary on the reception was very polite and helped us with anything we needed. She recommended us where to rent a bike for a great price, they even delivered us to the hotel. Mary also recommended Green Inn massage and we went there twice - it was fantastic. The hotel also is nice to animals, they have lovely cats. The location was perfect because it was close to Ra Wai beach and Kata beach, also there was a lot of very nice cafes and restaurants and 7-11 minutes from the hotel. Our room was very clean and beautiful with AC, great view on the pool and it was cleaned daily. We also got free laundry cleaning. All in all we were SUPER HAPPY with our stay and we were sad to leave. Highly recommended to everyone who wants a nice stay.

Very cosy rooms with direct view on the pool and also pretty well equipped. Also a good place for cat enthusiasts, since especially in the evening you have a bunch of them strolling around the premises.

The location is a bit secluded, which is really nice if you're looking for a quiet and chill stay. Renting a vehicle is recommended though, if you plan on getting around the island and don't wanna rely on taxis. Scooter rentals were available through the hotel for fair prices.

Ms. Lisette was so helpful. She was always there to give the best service and suggestion for your needs and activities.

Naya Villas are a little gem. Sparkling clean and cosy bungalows ran by very helpful and friendly staff/owners. The location is quiet and peaceful, and yet only a five minute drive to some fabulous beaches. A relaxed, homely atmosphere throughout the resort.

Bear in mind you will need to hire a bike or car - however, this was very easily arranged by the helpful staff. Privacy curtains would be a plus in the bedrooms.

The staff can leave the aircon on after room service, otherwise it will be too hot when we get back.

It’s clean, pocket friendly and cosy. Staffs were friendly and responsive.

Hope that there’s bathtub in the bathroom. The shower water flow rate was rather small for all shower rooms. toilet flushing system was not good. It’s either the water did not flow out or it gets choke for different toilet bowls. We will just lift up the lid and readjust for the water to flow in the tank or do it manually. There was a huge flying cockroach in our kitchen on our first day of check-in, guessed it flew in from outside which cannot be prevented. The floats were not fully pumped but the staff mentioned they don’t have the air pump to do it. We settle with what we have and it was still great overall
