Overall it was pretty good, bedrooms, staff, and food were absolutely nice, we liked everything. But what made this hotel so unique for us is that the swimming pool water is hot and it’s a pleasure to lay in for hours, even at night fall. Also the Cinema evening organised for kids are not only super memories for the kids admins the family but also ultra convenient for parents. We loved our stay at Ozo Phuket. We even cancelled another booking to come back as it was so above all other experiences we found in Phuket

The price is excessive. Even knowing the positive aspects the price remains excessive

I really liked the service and the attention to the customer by the staff. Also I really loved the hotel was super clean in every place, not only the room (even the pool, you couldn’t find anything dirty). The hotel is super new and with a really kind staff. It’s so close to Kata Beach with a direct exit right to street to the beach (2 minutes by legs). I have been really impressed and I’ll come back for sure next time.

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Super clean and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Located in a great part of Kata Beach, close to the very busy beach and markets. In a flat location (parts of Kata quite steep). Rooms were spotless. Great buffet breakfast. Hotel very helpful organising trips. Recommend the Big Buddha/temple/Phuket town tour and the shorter elephant sanctuary, both fabulous.

It was surprisingly good ! Although some staff members don't seem happy with the work they are doing, I can't downgrade my review because some of some people. People with a bad attitude are everywhere. The location is really good. Restaurants across the hotel are really good. Kids had a great time on the pool and slide. Breakfast was delicious. The room was what we needed in any family vacation. Highly recommended.

Phuket hospitality service has to improve overall. They need tourists, they need the money so they need to serve better. OZO Phuket is getting there...

Everything is amazing Affordable comfortable and luxury with wonderful service and facilities Stuff- very helpful The hotel by itself very cosy and have everything you need. 2 swimming pools, 1 with a heating system which is cool for evening swims A lot of variety for the breakfast, they make you omelette/eggs by your request Everything is modern. Very convenient access to the beach 7/11 and night markets across the road Good activities for the kids. Move night with the burger station and popcorn is lovely

A pressure in a shower could’ve been a bit stronger

The hotel would have got higher reviews but for the bizarre situation that most fellow guests were from Russia, the country which has criminally invaded a sovereign European nation (Ukraine) and with which Europe (of which the UK is part) is presently at war. Russian citizens in no way appeared to accept any level of responsibility for the killing and destruction wrought by their leaders and military.

The stay at OZO was lovely as staff are quite attentive and will try to help solve any of your request. The breakfast buffet spread was good but for the children section, it does not have much variation. My family enjoyed the pool and we love how fun the children section is. Would stay here again in future as we find the stay overall satisfying. :)

I think the overall is quite good but noticed the bathroom which we stayed in constantly gets clogged even after service.

(We had 2 rooms and so reviewed twice and identically) Totally blown away by the process from check in to check out. Location super convenient, in the heart of Kata beach - direct opposite night market but not loud, direct access to beach but still private and safe. Staff always thoughtful, polite and responsive. The place was kept so clean to every detail and the buffet breakfast had great variety for all. We rented two rooms and made them very close. They also gave us free upgrade of one room without us asking, which made our stay even better!

(We had 2 rooms and so reviewed twice and identically) As noted by others, the shower cubicle door opens outwards causing wetting of floor and the need to mop up. We provided feedback to the staff and they were very receptive. As this was very minor ans easy to fix, and because staff took this on board, we would not rate the hotel down because of this. A slight disappointment that fruit selection didn't include mango given how readily available it was - perhaps this may change. It was made up for with plenty of other tropical fruits so we didn't rate negatively. We found the bar a bit expensive but was made up for bc they had a large 'happy hour' window, hence we also didn't down grade.

Pools were amazing. Our almost three year old loved them all, and even the larger yellow slide. The staff were friendly, happy and always eager to help.

Only downside was the housekeeping was a little slow and didn't refill things such as the tea/coffee/toiletries etc. But as a whole not a deal breaker! Also we had a one bedroom suite and the balcony came off the bedroom which was a little annoying as when out toddler had her nap we couldn't go out on the balcony.

People leaving towels on beds and not using them and the staff didn't do anything about it as they should because it was on a ticket by the bed that they would be removed if no use after 20 minutes but they didn't do anything about it so you couldn't have a bed when they were all free but with towels on them
