Very attentive staff, clean and comfortable. Beautiful location. 1hr from Phuket International Airport. Secluded but not too far a drive to other livelier locations. Didn't seem far for us anyway. If lively location is what you are after, this isn't a resort for you. There are no nightclubs nearby. Patong is on the otherside of the island. If relaxation, quiet, rest, modest luxury, beautiful private beach and scenery is what you are after then this is the resort for you. The resort would get day visitors who were staying at other hotels but came for the day for some beach privacy and relaxation. The pool is clean and large and overlooks the ocean. Same as the restaurant. There is a greenhouse like structure, Parisian style adjoining cafè which i do not remeber the full name of, sorry. Do yourself a favour and after your buffet breakfast go and get your coffee and extra pastry from them. Their signature dirty coffee was creamy and delicious. Every coffee we tried on their menu was great! And you can watch the pastry chefs construct their goods through the window into the kitchen. With traffic the average drive from the resort to other lively areas took about 30-40mins. This was to Chillva Night Market, Naka Weekend Market and Phuket Old Town Markets. Phuket Old Town Markets was the best for us. Just be aware there will be CROWDS. There is not anything walking distance from the resort except a 7/11 and a few stand alone beach clothing stores. But we were after seclusion to switch off and completely relax away from crowds and noise. We stayed in the premire Beach front room. Waking up to views of the beach and ocean right in front of us was very relaxing. The bed was comfortable and spacious, same with the bathroom. The large heavy blinds kept the light out well and helped keep the room cool as well as air con. The staff are happy to help cater to your needs and incredibly friendly. Is the resort suitable for kids?

There was nothing we didn't like. The massages were great, however I think the resort would benefit from an expansion of their spa facilities to also offer facials, manicure, pedicures and day spa packages. The buffet breakfast was ok. I have nothing bad to say about it, it was just ok. A large spread of different food to cater to a variety of international visitors. This resort isn't cheap. Prices are similar to Aus prices in respect to some things. Tipping isn't necessary but appreciated.

My beach resort + the driver who picked us from the airport was professional and polite, he supposed us withe the languages and gave us information about the island, weather and general information. The hotel offered us an early check in smoothly and politely after offeryus a welcoming drink. The room was nice with astonishing view. The hotel facilities were wonderful; nice gym with sea view, nice massage center and all around the hotel you will find the swimming pools open at the rooms balcony. The breakfast was at the hotel restaurant with an amazing coffee which was one of rhe most delicious coffee i had ever. Although halal varieties were limited but the pastries, egg options and fresh fruits were more than enough. The free yoga classes were wonderful and the yoga teacher is a wonderful person indeed besides the professional front desk staff and smiling house keeping. The location was fantastic and although it was away from the city but it has multiple nice places to eat, souvenir shop’s, travel agents and 7/11. The coffee shop at the hotel with a nice view and menu sweets were worth trying. I would differently recommend this hotel strongly if you are looking for a nice beautiful relaxing vacation. - I would suggest specific hours for ladies to use the gym and spa services would add a good value to the hotel

Basically everything was awesome:) The stuff, the bed, the private pool (we reserved that kind of room), the big pools with the beach. The breakfast was fantastic and we would be able to choose from lots of good services (e.g massage and kayaking). It’s really good that there are shops and small restaurants about 10 mins walk.

The sea is quite rocky and the sea level is quite low, so for swimming it’s not really good.

While 711 currently being built. 5. Have free activities such as kayak & stand up paddling 6. Staff was nice 7. Didnt have alot of people during this period 8. 30 mins to the chillva night market /central shopping mall via grab

1. It is 1 hr from the airport. By taxi was around 1000 bhat 1 way. 2. The restaurants around are considered ex for thailand but still cheap overall.

The views were amazing. We got upgraded to the best rooms by the sea and it was a great experience. The staff were attentive and hospitable which made our stay really nice.

Not a negative but the steak for our private dinner was a tad tough. However the staff were receptive to our feedback and made assurances that they would take note and improve on it.

I liked everything and we enjoyed a lot!!! the facilities are amazing, the breakfast buffet is the best and loads of variety in the food, every dish/drink we tried was very good, so if you don’t want to leave the hotel, you really don’t have to. The staff were also super nice, accommodating and took care of us every second.

I’m 7 and a half months pregnant so the only detail is that it can be hard to go up and down the stairs to move around through the facilities. It wasn’t a problem, but keep it in mind if you travel with someone older or with mobility issues. I’m sure the staff would find a way to help you, but ask in case you’re traveling with someone that needs help.

The location was perfect, peaceful and quiet. We had a beach front room with privat pool and we enjoyed it very much. The property is clean and very well maintained, employees are very friendly.

The ocean and also the beach is very polluted. We were collecting plastic pieces every morning, but the plastic came washing in from the bay. The Hotel does its best to try to keep the private beach clean.

Tucked away in the hills over looking the other side of town where u can see the Big Buddha Statue lighted at night. Expanse of the hotel makes view of the sun set simply spectacular. Beach front is private enough for guest use. Breakfast spread was good.

Need to station a lifeguard for safety of guests especially at the beach. Though the man who helped us with the kayaking was very nice, he left after he helped us get into the waters. Birds flying into the dining hall and sometimes on the table looking for food.

Amazing view and location, great food, and lovely staff. Everything was organized perfectly. Perfect getaway for enjoying your holiday. Tranquil place where we enjoyed a very nice room with great bed.

Nothing. Some complaints in other comments about the beach, restaurant or rooms are exaggerated to be honest. This resort is very nice and meets expectations.

Excellent property, nice service, very clean, very good breakfast and coffee.

Not suitable for people who don't like long travel from airport or can't do lots of steps. staffs are nice and young, would be nice to be more interactive.
