Breakfast was great. Amenities are excellent.

My issue is....ALL MEATS are cooked on the same grill except for seafood. So if you're not a pork eater or allergic I suggest you double check with the restaurant staff. This goes for all the restaurants at hilton. This really is a bit disappointing.

Excellent customer service. The room was nice and cozy, The balcony view was peaceful and relaxing.

There was a pool party on and my son wasn’t allowed to go to the pool (1 night stay) Staff have a real hatred for booking.com and very dismissive of any discrepancies. Service charge is automatic on everything 10%. Then expect the 12.5% on top. In the shop a Diet Coke is 15TTD and if bought anywhere else in the hotel add 10% and 12.5%

The new rooms in New building are lovely. The view and lush garden made it beautiful.

I was going to breakfast and there was what looked like used napkins and stir of toilet paper paper in great quantity on the carpet in the hall way to the restaurant and on the stairs going down to the restaurant from the lobby. It was disgusting. It took my appetite away and so I did not have my investors eat breakfast at the hotel after all. I pointed the mess out to a lady who seemed to be in charge at the restaurant and I was told there had been a party the night before so that explained the mess. I was shocked no one cared to clean up before guest paying hundreds of dollars a night came down to breakfast. I bring investors to Caribbean jurisdictions and I knew this first impression was a death knell for their interest in Trinidad.

Staff was fantastic, always attentive and very kind at all times, such a pleasure to have that kind of service, especially as I was there for business. The menu kept changing every couple of days to ensure variety. Not all the restaurants are open during the week so it can get still a bit repetitive to sit at the same restaurant. A massage at the spa with Brian is an absolute must! Helps heal pain points, ease stressed muscles and it is so relaxing.

I was told there was no taxi service from the hotel to find out when I was leaving that there actually was! Such a shame because I had to find taxis that accepted credit card!

The breakfast was amazing!!!! The location is easily accessible and the ambience is to die for. What stood out the most was my welcome. I met two front desk CSR - Shania and another lady whose name begins with G. They are true representation of what customer service stands for. God bless them both. They are indeed a good representation for Hilton. They are welcoming and pleasant. It was indeed my pleasure!

I cannot say at this time because everything met my expectation, that I extended my time and spent the entire weekend.

Location is perfect because we live 10 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional!

I don't ike that it's non refundable, in case of an emergency. And the fact that they gave my sister wrong information pertaining to the rooms. When she called enquiring about booking a room with a balcony, she was informed that there wasn't any available. However when I booked it via Bookings.com, rooms with balcony were available. Then when we got there the receptionist said that all rooms have a balcony and wasn't sure why she was misinformed. Then there was an issue with our room, but it was upgraded without question asked, in which we were grateful for.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The location is ideal if you want to be close to everything. Overful the entire stay was super relaxing. Would definitely be back

I thought the egg station at breakfast was perfect however everything else could have been warmer. For example the pre cooked eggs were a bit cold. Everything else was great

The staff at the pool bar are very insensitive, unprofessional, had to speak to three persons before getting two smooties for two kids after 90minutes of waiting while they flirted with guests and received cash money for favors of drinks but paid less for the actual drink. Racket at that pool bar.

beautiful atmosphere excellent location it’s close to banks restaurants outside of the hotel …staff were all friendly property was clean …pool side was the best relaxing kid friendly…rooms were comfortable as well and kept clean on time

some staff at check in need to inform guests about what comes with their booking like breakfast etc and ofcourse the pool never has enough towels !! also the buffet breakfast should have more options for example some days there are no pancakes and waffles !
