Our stay at Iberostar Averroes was perfect. We were welcomed by the amazing staff and looked after very well. The hotel architecture was stunning and the beach was so close and very clean. The food was delicious and varied day by day. The best meal was on valentine's day, the desserts were outstanding. The entertainment and activities kept us busy and the team worked so hard to make everything enjoyable. The spa experience was nice and affordable. Overall our stay was better than we expected and we will definitely be returning to Tunisia.

The water pressure in the bathroom was weak but no other problems.

The staff in the hotel are exceptionally nice! They create good welcoming atmosphere, from receptionists to cleaners. The waiters in the restaurant are super friendly, helpful and always provide the best service. Animation team is the best from all the hotels I've been before, very entertaining, always good music and things to do. The animators are very friendly, polite and speaking multiple languages! Loved the mousse pool party and disco tour. Also the best Pina Colada in the indoor bar! :) Sorry cannot recall the name of the bartender. Definitely will be coming back x

The bathrooms are very poor condition, they all need renovations ASAP. Carpets in the corridors needs to be replaced.

Hotel lobby looks very good. Restaurant is amazing, they have variety of foods and desserts. Our server Walid was phenomenal. Receptionsts were friendly and helpful. Indoor pool is great, the water is the perfect temperature. The gym was fine. Hotel bar is good, the waiters very kind, we especially liked Rafik and Adem. Hotel beach is fantastic!! We really liked the entertainment team, they have many activities and a show every evening; karaoke night, belly dancers, singers, Tunisian nights and so on. Our room was just as we expected with a sea view, clean and big. Bathroom fantastic. Cleaning lady came every day to change the towels and tidy up, she was really nice. I used their laundry service and my sweater came back clean with no stains.

Everything was clean except the decorative sheet that was covering the bottom of our beds, it was really stained (tho the cleaning lady took it for a wash later and it came back clean). Our toilet rarely properly flushed, I guess the button was broken. We reported it at the reception, but not much changed.

We booked to have a relaxing getaway, and that is exactly what we got. We paid for all inclusive and it was just perfect. The food was outstanding with a huge variety including local dishes, fresh pizza, fresh doughnuts, fresh pancakes, grilled meat and fish and a big selection of salads and cheese. The pool area was lovely, and all the workers were super friendly, talented and inviting. the night activities were a good laugh too. Overall it was a lovely experience and would definitely go again.

There was a few moments where we were promised assistance but no one showed up for example our room had an aircon leak and we told reception they send someone would come to check but no one did so we had to mention it again. Also the cleaners forgot a few times to give us toilet roll, which is fine but when I told the receptionist, he said he would send someone up straight away and no one came.

Our room was very nice and large, with a big balcony. Beds were also good, matress wasn't too soft. Bathroom and toilet were seperate - good surprise! Very tasty food and many different options, they had even pork! Breakfast and dinner were excellent! There was quite good menu in the hotel bar. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Location was 10 km from Hammamet old town, but it doesn't matter - you can always go there by taxi, which is quite cheap.

My lamp near the bed didn't work, they tried several times to repair it. The inside pool smelled of chlorine and the outside pool was horribly cold.

Good pools, lots of things to eat on breakfast and dinner. We got sea facing rooms. The sunrise from bed was awesome. Beach is just in front of the hotel.

During dinner drinks are not included. Even plain water needs to be purchased.

The hotel was beautiful, from the moment we walked in. The staff where so attentive and could not do enough for you. My friend and I had asked for rooms close if possible and they gave us adjoining rooms with a door each that we could choose to open or close for privacy and the rooms where a really good size. The restaurant and bar areas where great and looking out to the pool area. We also had a massage while there and they were great value for money. The choice of food was really good and so much was cooked in front of you with fresh omelettes in the morning and paella for example in the evening. The pool area was lovely and you walk straight onto the beach.

There wasn’t much to be honest, if I was being picky some of the carpets could be replaced and the pool was a bit cool but other than that. Nothing.

For my 3rd time, I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Iberostar Averroes From the moment me and my family walked through the doors, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options to choose from. The fitness center, main bar, pool bar, everything was perfect. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the exceptional level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable stay. they were always ready to assist with a smile, A big Kudos to the hotel reservation manager Fatma and the guest relations manager Nesrine. Overall, my stay at the Iberostar Averroes exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't wait to return and experience your hospitality again in the future. Me and my family strongly recommend staying here if you visit Tunisia! We want to say a special thank you to Mohammed and Mehdi from the reception, everyone from the animation team, the restaurant waiters and the cleaning ladies from floor four. There was lots of places to visit in Tunisia, which we did through Mohammed. We stronly recommend asking him for trips, he has a connection to a very nice guide. Mohammed also helped us with our bad wifi connection by providing us with a WIFI router. The hotel itself was really nice, the rooms were perfect. It was always cool in the rooms and there was lots of space (family suite, 2 rooms). The pool and beach are well equiped. There is always space and something to do (animation team). Thank you for the perfect stay 🙂

Nice service and attentive staff. Spacious common areas.The food is plenty and every meal will have at least one or two dishes (out of perhaps 20) that are quite good.

It may well be among the better hotels in Hammamet--I saw none that from the outside looked much different. It is however quite worn down, particularly the guest room corridors. My bed had seen better days, too. That being said, all was in acceptable working condition; too much so to complain about. Adjust your expectations accordingly and this hotel will serve just fine and is probably as good as it gets in Hammamet
