The resort was nice and the staff so welcoming from the front desk personnel to the waiters. Everyone had a smile on. The front desk manager was on point and very accommodating. It was our honeymoon and he upgraded us to a bungalow for privacy and to feel at home. Nice views, close to the beach. Will definitely stay again

The camels/horses people on the beach taking advantage of tourists. It’s obviously not the hotel’s fault but they are annoying. They’d force you into taking a picture then ask for money and won’t take no for an answer.

Our family stay at the Miraj hotel was a memorable experience, with the exceptional service led by Khaled and the team exceeding our expectations. The impeccable cleanliness, delicious food, and upgraded hotel design greatly enhanced our stay. We look forward to returning in my next stay in Hammamet. Thank you for the pleasant stay at The Mirage resort&spa starting with the exceptional welcome especially Mr Khaled in charge of reception a contact before three days of our arrival, the clean room, comfortable equipment, optimal quality price.we will return for a longer stay in August with the family, very large swimming pool in an oasis at the edge of sea, vast beach. Thank you to The Mirage team (rare to find such a hotel in the sense of hospitality has no equal in Tunisia and all this thanks to the professionalism of the staff, restaurant The smily saber , bar, maid to the little care, The chef faysal who cooked for us a couscous typical Tunisian .on arrival personalised welcome letter with a basket of fruit we feel really spoiled) the most welcoming I have ever seen in other hotels.

Everything was perfect

We stayed at The Mirage resort & SPA with the family and were delighted. The location is idyllic, the sea and the beach are superb, the three swimming pools very pretty and clean, the rooms are very clean and of an excellent standard, the staff are very attentive, always smiling and they are all so nice! Special mention to Mr KHALED The Room division Manager, who got in touch with us before our arrival and provided us with fantastic assistance throughout our stay. All the staff are as motivated, polite and friendly as ever. Thank you Saber F&B Manager for the warm welcome and the delicious food in the restaurant. I will return with great pleasure

No entertainment but it's still the ideal place to relax

High-quality hotel structure, everything very good. Several swimming pools available, not forgetting the long, magnificent, fully equipped private beach with sun loungers, cushions, bar and barbecue restaurant. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Well done to the cleaning lady and housekeeper who look after such a large hotel. The staff are attentive, friendly and always smiling. Another advantage is that there are always taxis outside the hotel, making it very easy to get from one place to another at low prices. Very loud music by the pool in the evenings, but the general atmosphere is very good. Charming and lively hotel! The hotel's dishes are varied, with something for everyone. The hotel is very well maintained, the beach is beautiful and the gardens magnificent. Not to mention a great reception team with personalised express check-in and assistance during your stay welcome letter with a fruit basket, which we really appreciated, and a follow-up throughout the stay by Mr KHALED, whom we would like to thank for this wonderful stay I'll be back with great pleasure!

Night music around The pool

Absolutely love this hotel, full of entertainment and nightlife, animation team are fantastic as well as all the staff, management and included everyone of different origins to dance and water gym etc, The bosses and managers were second to non and the deejay ABDOU Made our nights fun with his music, overall the MIRAGE I would say is the best hotel for food drinks and just everything you could want and kids of all ages love the fun here, thank you to all at mirage for making our holiday the best ever, we will all be definitely be coming back again xx

Nothing absolutely nothing

We had a great stay at this hotel. Right from the start the reception was very welcoming and smiling. The room was as shown in the photos and very clean. We were also able to take advantage of the spa, with very professional staff. the welcome at the restaurant by Mr Saber and the generosity of the chef with his dishes. As I also don't want to miss the opportunity to salute each member of the reception team and the chambermaid who do a very professional job WE WILL RETURN

I like everything about the property , the green spaces, the pool , the restaurant and all the staff especially Mr khaled the lobby manager Tte food was so good and delicious The villa were modern with some traditional decoration and spacious , we really liked it The staff was so kind and helpful , they were always welcoming us

In the night animation we wished to see and discover some traditional tunisian artists or music, not just the occidentale music Anything else , the stay was just great

Ar first we wondered why everybody gives 10 points to this hotel, but after coming we understood that. We really loved stay at the resort. Rooms were modern, beach was wonderful for a walk and peaceful rest, personnel was showing extra care, we didn't see such care in any hotel of Tunisia so far. Thankful for this experience! This hotel definetly worth that and we - latvians give 12 of 10 points. Highly recommended.

This resort is fabulous, the service is the best ever, the room super big, food very good, life section in the buffet was perfect, staff are the best, all good and special thanks to Adel and Atef, nice welcoming from all the staff and the general manager, the best customer service in the area, I recommend this place. I will be back soon
