Aicha from breakfast very rude she refused to bring bottle of water on our table . That was the only bad point in this hotel I could give 10 but unfortunately this lady made our stay not perfect

The hotel is incredibly clean and spacious, offering genuine 5-star service at an excellent price, providing fantastic value for money. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, going above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The beach was pristine and wonderful, complete with complimentary sunbeds and patios. Our suite was expansive, extremely comfortable, and impeccably clean. Without a doubt, I'll be returning there in the future.

The area doesn't offer a lot in terms of activities. Primarily, it's perfect for a relaxed hotel stay and a beach vacation. You can explore nearby restaurants, visit the amusement park called Caratage Land, and check out the Medina Bazaar. Apart from these options, there isn't much else to do or see. One aspect to enhance is the TV channel selection and streaming quality. Also, while the dinner food at the restaurants was quite good and there weren't any complaints, considering the price and the luxury level of the hotel, one might expect a more outstanding taste. However, to be fair, these are areas for improvement, not necessarily negative aspects that would deter one from staying there again.

Everything was great, the hotel is really comfy, aged very well for a 90s style, they have a collection of works of art that is really pleasant, the rooms are spacious, well thought and clean. The staff are really nice and helpful, we went with a toddler and a baby and we were taken care of.

the hotel spa is great , lots of room , the spa pool , hamam and facilities. the rooms are spacious and clean

breakfast is great , the menu for other meals a little limited and old fashioned Hamamed is a little sad . whether it’s out of season ( early June)

The pool, the easy access to the beach. The place is not crowded.

The restaurants are not that great. Very basic, and tasteless food.

The common areas could benefit from a makeover. TV and internet connection were poor quality... you would expect better technology in a 5* hotel

All things French! Staff were amazingly charming and helpful. Rooms were extremely well appointed and comfortable.

To find a negative, i would need to nit pic. Perhaps room service menu could be more expansive and staff need to be able to communicate a little better in English.

Adorable friendly staff from reception to restaurants to pool and beach.. very luxurious place and amazing beach front location, food is delicious in both restaurants

No coffee machine in room, Many restaurants remain closed during summer while they can offer more food choice. Night shows should be more often.

staff is wonderfully helpful and friendly. Real Tunisian attitude and hospitality. the Rooms super comfortable and clean. Facilities are very good.

TV system outdated a little bit. pool time can be extended a little as the curfew means you have to be back by 8 pm so there is not much else to do.
