Everything was perfect, staff, Waiters, animation team, special big up to Zizou, saber, choco, Aladin, mimi, Nora and all others from animation, Rami, Anouar, and all others from restaurant, Karim and Mokhtar from the bars and all the team Room service manutention guys and all the staff who are working hard to make your stay a real dream Special thanks to Madame Hamida head of reservations This is our 4th time, and it will not be the last one The property is perfect location is perfect, cleanliness is perfect, food is great Always have something to do and between the different swimming pool, the beach, and all activities you will never get bored.

The hotel was amazing, very clean and quiet, the staff very friendly and welcoming.

The food was so delicious with many varieties. The rooms are clean and spotless

So much to do and can be as active as you want. Lots of little quiet spots for coffee and really good quality drinks and food. Was surprised at how good it was especially going out of season. It was still as good and busy as any other time. Will definitely go back

The food was excellent, although busy there was no shortage and meal times spaced out so everyone has enough. Animation especially for the kids was great, bar staff were lovely as were all the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I live in Tunisia (although I’m English) I was recovering from broken ribs and stayed here with my children so I could rest. I will definitely be returning.

Everything is super good. Starting from arrival to the hotel to the last second of staying there! The staff, bartenders, cleaners, animators. I felt super safe and like part of Marhaba family!

Room, pool and food were great

The spa - advertised as a womens only relaxing experience. Men all around and not clean. As a Muslim woman I felt uncomfortable as I was made to think it would be a female only experience. It's fine to be mixed hammam etc - but make it clear. I was completely topless and a man walked in.

Property is average but I am sure that because of high season and lot of vacationers that could make little effort and don't throw their wastes anyhow

The staff were amazing, the place was clean, the animation team was the best and played a great role in making our stay wonderful.

The water in the swimming pool was too salty and sometimes you could come across some dirt in it.

Very nice and friendly staff, various food plates, animators were engaging to make a fun and pleasant stay. Rooms were very clean.
