We enjoyed our stay so very much, the hotel à la carte and beachside restaurant is impeccable, the pools are great and the rooms beautiful and location is perfect. A special thanks to Oussama the life guard and the waiter Khalifa. They went out and beyond their way to serve us. Almost all the staff was wonderful. And the lunch and breakfast buffet was delicious too.

There is really not a lot of negative things to say about this hotel at all. perhaps just that The pasta sauces were to spicy at the buffet. Even the bolognese. and I missed more potato options at dinner as well as dishes not garnished with onions since I’m allergic to raw onions. And unfortunately we had a run in with a waiter at the coffee bar who did not treat my Tunisian husband very well at all. And would not serve us - which i have never tried before at any hotel and I live in Tunisia permanently and have been to over 50 hotels here. despite this I have already booked a new stay since we loved everything else.

Just the and sacks who got up at 6am to reserve beds by pool and then didn't use the beds for most of the day The hotel should do like in another Tui and pool attendants should remove towels and send all belongings to reception

The hotel was comfortable and had two pools and a lovely spot on the beach. We had a lovely time relaxing on the beach, paddling and walking up and down along the sand. There were lots of food and drink options, generally at all times of the day.

Unfortunately although the stay includes a dinner at the nice restaurant, when I tried to book it was already fully booked for the next three days, so we didn’t have a chance to try it which was a shame. At the buffet dinner it was quite difficult to attract servers’ attention sometimes, luck of the draw. The resort was far from the medina and station but we got an Uber there easily.

What an amazing holiday, the staff here are the most friendly Iv ever experienced, they will never walk past without saying hello. The beach is beautifully soft, Mohamed who works on the beach is so attentive, always happy & making jokes, he works extremely hard all day bringing guests drinks. The main restaurant is 100% excellent - seriously the food choices are amazing. All the allergens are labelled with the dishes & there’s so much food to choose from. The beachfront restaurant has less choice but good quality food, Nazir was really funny & very helpful. My room was perfect, it was cleaned very well each day. You are supplied endless 1 litre bottles of water, even sparkling if you want. Complimentary bottle of wine in your room. Every room has a view. Just outstanding, I took some cash & tipped the staff regularly because they really make the hotel vibe special & they deserve some recognition.

The bar choices could be better. I would happily pay for imported rum or brandy, I only saw whisky on offer to buy.

Well maintained, nice design, multiple pools, great beach with soft silky sand. Staff is great - prompt, hard working, always willing to help. Quiet, relaxing. Spa was really nice as well - excellent massage. Someone mentioned in a review that beds are hard - they are on a firmer side but found them really comfortable. The food is great - so many choices! Loads of fresh salads or ingredients for salads, clay pots local dishes, barbecues, generous desert bar. Take a room with a pool view and if you’re an early riser, the sunrise is fantastic.

During the day you actually don’t have easy access to cocktails, just beer/wine - if you’re on the beach, you’d have to walk all the way up back to the hotel and go up a level, walk all the way to the back…I’m not a big drinker but I love a mojito after lunch. Not a big issue, just an annoyance.

I stayed at every all inclusive resort in Sousse. This is by far the best and the only one that should be 5 star. There were two other all inclusive resorts in Sousse, I won’t mention any names. The quality here is way better. (service, food, rooms, views). it’s legit. the other places weren’t. Stay here.

The staff in the restaurant was not smiley. The majority of them don t say good morning only to some clients who maybe tip them.. they didn t ask us what to drink until we call them and wait for too long to be served a glass of water.

The hotel is located in a good location, by the seaside. The food was amazing: big variety, amazing deserts. Staff is very friendly and helpful, everyone is always smiling. Very clean. The room is very nice and clean.

Only hotel minus I can think is small dining place. If extra restaurant is closed and hotel is full its hard to find a place to sit indoor (if its cold outside)

Absolutely love this place ☀️ Great location, very calm, right on the beach with two great pools. Rooms are beautiful and some even have private pool which I can recommend. Staff is wonderful and many go out of their way to provided the best service. Check in process is great too with cake and drinks while you wait.

There is only one thing I would change, the dinner buffet, and don’t get me wrong, their cake, fruit, cheese, bread, Tunisian hot dishes and salat tables are absolutely amazing, but the rest is bland or spicy, there is trim for improvement. So go to the A la carte restaurant for your dinner instead if possible it’s amazing ☀️ but remember to reserve a table
