Amazing location, beautiful and well laid out facilities. Could be an amazing place if staff were better trained and/or better supervised by management.

The shower was lukewarm, not hot. Some of the staff, while trying to assist, were rather unprofessional. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the price, but the coffees we had I later found on the bill. (I didn't have to pay them after I complained about this.)

I loved the bungalow and location and cleanliness of the place , very friendly staff inspite of the language barrier

-none of the staff members speaks English , commnication was not easy at all - my reservation was with free breakfast , but because we didn’t all go at the same time to eat, I was charged for breakfast !! very weird but at checkout I discussed the matter with the front desk and they thankfully dropped the extra fees - there is clearly shortage in staff , we need to wait long for everything - I don’t recommend the hotel for people who don’t like to stay around dogs . there is a very cute family of 7 friendly dogs in the hotel 🥺💕 - it would be great if rooms had hair dryer and coffee /tea and kettle

Where to start... I think after the first few days I was actually considering if I had actually died and had gone to heaven.The level of attentiveness all the staff gave to us was exceptional! Always making sure we were comfortable and warm, and well fed.I need to mention this is not corporate chain where you get back to the hotel after your day out, and there is a buffet waiting for you that has been kept warm for an hour...oh no! Ercument, and his lovely friend that I didn't get the name of, cook you up from scratch some amazing Turkish home cooked food that is only fit for a king! Also the feast that they bring out for breakfast is definitely the best way to start a day whilst you overlook a valley of mountains each side of you that carve out the sky! With Golden limestone cliffs glowing in the morning sun! I stayed In a deluxe bungalow where if in the morning you kept your eyes you could've been in a forest surrounded my nature the smell of pine and the birds singing away to greet you in the morning.If you do stay in the bungalow and want to start the day with detoxifying yourself you can step into the sauna that has a window with a view that might never get old!

That I wasn't able to stay here for an eternity!

The location of this hotel in the mountains meant that the vista was superb overlooking Antalya. The host made us feel very welcome and although there was a language barrier (our fault), he went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed, even though we appeared to be the only guests. Dinner was available and freshly prepared; very nice. The breakfast was lovely, in the small conservatory which overlooked the mountains; a very pleasant way to start the day.

We couldn't get the sauna to work, but this didn't bother us and we didn't ask for any help. As a suggestion, some instructions in the lodge might be useful. Not a negative, just a suggestion to enhance the experience.

Location is away from city with amazing views. We came with a rented car and navigated the narrow mountain streets was quite an adventure we will never forget. The hotel is pretty cozy and the village is amazing, but you must have a car to enjoy the surroundings. The room was very nice and we had a lovely stray dog sleeping under the bunglo. The staff was quite friendly and it had a laid back feeling.

The food prices were on the expensive side, maybe perhaps due to the remote location.

Great views, spacious rooms and friendly staff. At the day of arrival we got a whatsapp message with the exact location. Very helpful, because otherwise without this it might be difficult to find. Dinnen could be ordered upon arrival. This was very plesant, there are no other restaurants around.

All was good. Like other comments, only go when you have a car. Don’t have any fear of driving narrow mountainroads

Amazing location, wonderful staff (Melek, Emir, Huseyin & Omer: You were WONDERFUL) I felt like i was in a home away from home, they treated me like family! Especially travelling as a solo female traveller, it couldn't have felt more safe they looked after me so well. Breakfast is generous and delicious, i couldnt even finish it most days because there was so much! I extended an extra week! Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️

Absolutely stunning property with some breathtaking views. The place has a very calm and relaxed vibe to it. I felt very comfortable and free while here for the week. I also went trekking and explored the surrounding areas, which was amazing, too. Plus, it is not too far from the city. The staff were amazing. Could not do enough for me. Perfect little setup. I am very happy.

I can honestly say there was not anything I did not like.

Excellent small secluded hotel. We had a bungalow with a private sauna with a Mountain View! Very clean and comfortable bungalow that smelled pleasantly of wood. The hotel staff was great and treated us like family. We felt welcome and comfortable. Since we didn’t have a car, we were pretty much stuck near the hotel as it’s hard to walk due to elevation. But it wasn’t a problem, as the property is great and they have a good restaurant that will cook food to order all day long:). The food was fresh and delicious, especially the salads and chicken! The pool was also fantastic and we spent our afternoons splashing around and drinking fresh orange juice:) Its a very secluded and quiet place, with a gorgeous Mountain View, great to watch the sunrise and stargaze. We did take a few walks nearby, there is a gorgeous forest surrounding the area and ancient ruins of Trabenna, which was charming and also quiet. If you wish to get around, I suggest renting a car and also buying or bringing some snacks or everyday items, as there isn’t a store nearby. Another shoutout to the hotel staff is for saving the day and taking us to the airport. The taxi company I ordered did not arrive at the designated time at 6 am and was unresponsive in the morning (confirmed in the evening). I had to call and wake up the admin (as I checked out the night before and was planning to just leave in the morning)…. Well, I thought we would miss our flight because it’s impossible to get a taxi there on a short notice. Another staff member drove us to the airport in his personal car to make sure we made our flight. That was so generous and caring of them! I am very grateful to this place for our holiday there! Wonderful place and people.

The only negative was the absence of Wi-Fi in our bungalow, which was fine for us because we wanted to unplug. Used Wi-Fi by the pool and other common areas.
