I just love everything about this hotel I would definitely come back again, the staff are just amazing all of them thx to ( dilek bayram, Atila in the kids shop, and the rest …) location , food, pool, room … I was impressed We loved as well the corniche outside the hotel it’s nearly a 10km walk The food in the buffet is amazing

The only thing that we didn’t like was the beach instead of sand there was stones which made it difficult to walk or sunbathe, we sticked to the pool

The entertainment team are lovely, friendly and very helpful when needed to be. The housekeeping ladies and bellhop are exceptional too. We didn’t get any names but every one of them was amazing. We also witnessed the bar staff deal with a lot of difficult guests but they always remained professional and friendly.

The man at the front desk that checked us out was very nice, but the other man we saw all week was miserable and not helpful. We had an accident outside of the hotel and asked for advice, but he just said 'no.' The front desk man also didn't give us a tour around the hotel so we were not aware that guest relations were available. However, after discovering guest relations, we found that they were very helpful and should be commended. We did have issues with the taxi company that claimed to represent the hotel. When we tried to book a taxi externally, 'porto bello taxis' intimidated us outside the hotel as we hadn't booked with them because they were too expensive.

So convenient to the sea and pools. Ok tap drinks and meals was perfect. Easy taxi location to sights good.

The evening shows were just too loud! We are elderly and found the music ear damaging and could not understand why it had to be at this level. Surely other residents in the area don’t need to endure this level of noise. Mums with small babies and tots were also present and didn’t seem to register the damage that this level of noise can do to their children’s ears.

Mr. Augur was top professional and provided fair rate to pay the bills in USD and suggestion for a nearby money exchange. Mr. Adil instantly arranged a child’s bed (3 years) in the second room. Mr. Adil also gave valuable suggestions to different places, for short visits. Also, received a warm good-bye by reception and staff in the lobby 2. Taxis are arranged by the front desk, up to 7 persons, at a fair rate 3. Room cleaning was daily and well, free water, coffee, tea, etc. are daily provided. 4. Positive and smiling staff in food and beverage “generous” services in restaurants, snack bars, and different bars (with a wide variety of drinks and cocktails), as well as Entertainment Teams (for adults, families and different ages of children), from their hearts and souls. 5. Service in the Lobby and around the pools cannot be cloned. 6. Four Daily entertainment programs (for all ages) are well organized, including entertainment activities around the pool, children activities in the afternoon (e.g. face painting, magic show, games in Children Club), dancing sessions for children in the evening, then, shows and other performances and programs for adults and families (e.g. Turkish Folklore Night Show, other international nights and music). 7. In-door heated pool and Turkish bath (free of charge) maybe enjoyed too. 8. Seven Unique & Memorable Days/Nights of Relaxing, Comfortable & Most Enjoyable Times, for all members of the family. 9. Finally, in spite of the distinguished quality of service and generosity, there were no hidden costs. 10. Suggestion: A scale deems necessary in every room, so guests can watch their weight!!!

The staff at the Porto bar were excellent especially alyna she went above and beyond very helpful and courteous always great pleasure as were the rest,of them a big thank you to them all the way to the beach very good not far and all,very excessible pebble beach but if you have correct shoes it's not a problem and staff there were great aswell

Pool table needs replacing and I think should be included in all inclusive

The location of the resort was fantastic and outstanding. The best part of our experience staying at this resort was the attention and service I received from all of the staff from Ahmet in the hotel check in to Katarina at the guest services.

The food at the specialty restaurants could have been prepared better. I also didn’t like the fact that the resort charged extra for freshly squeezed orange juice, apple juice, and carrot juice. I feel that in the morning for breakfast these juices should be given as part of the dining experience.

The location is at the other side of Antalya, but it's worth it, so I recommend getting a cab to get there. Also you will have a wide range of dishes and sweets, both traditional and international. The Porto Bello animation team is exceptional and I highly recommend the shows, really professional and enjoyable. The drinks at the bar are really nice and varied. There's a underground passage that gives you access to the beach, with sunbeds, towels and umbrellas included. :)

The best experience! We got much more than expected. The service was great, all the personal were friendly and with always with a smile. The food was super! We didn't expect such quality of food. All was delicious! Each meal and day the food choice was different! It was also possible to eat up to 7 times per day - which is very great as everyone has it's own schedule for meals (breakfast, late breakfast, launch, late launch. dinner and night soup). Our room had view both on sea and mountaigns - which we didn't expect as in our room booking it was written only mountaigns. So this was not expected and highly appreciated! The room service was great with tea and coffee change every day. Plus we had a surprise with wine and fruits service to hte room for free. Sauna and Spa were super! The massages were of high quality and fair price. Water pool, hammam, turkish sauna and water steam sauna were for free and we enjoyed it a lot! It was always clean and not crowded.

Not much to add as all was great! If to search something: A tiny point to improve could be to add more non-alcoholic drinks to the cart of the bar. More fruit cocktails and coffee choice would have been highly appreciated!

Reception guys are very professional got upgraded rooms right away. A lot of Thanks to Ahmed, he knows his job good. We will be happily come again. Thank you guys.

We selected Porto Bello 10 years ago we could not have made a better decision than this, ever since. The property was beautiful as expected, but what astonished us the most was the level of dedication and kindness that was show to us, year by year. The best and the most remarkable, rather outstanding part was the management and reception. Extremely beautiful property, but what made this experience better than any other hotel we’ve been to is how the staff went over and beyond in accommodating and catering to every need and ask. A gorgeous, comfortable room with a lot of bed space. The room was immaculately presented, cleaned every day to a high standard.The pool area is lovely and relaxed. Sunbeds were always available no matter what time of the day. Towels also provided on presentation of towel cards. We could not fault customer service at all. The staff work incredibly hard to ensure this is truly a 5 star experience. Topping drinks up when at meals, water and anything else you require. Make you feel like you aren’t just a number in this hotel and truly cared about. A special thanks goes to the General Manager Mehmet Mengilli, receptionist Ur and lady working with him, Volkan, beach waiter Osman and all waitress ladies, and especially cleaning ladies. See you again in October.
