Location reception staff at day was nice beds are comfortable wifi worked just fine room is spacious

1-cleaning staff are very loud and rude ,they didn’t clean my room for 3 days although i asked them to do… they are very loud and don’t care if you are sleep or changing your clothes they just enter the room 2- shower is broken and only one small bottle is refilled by staff for you works for everything shower gel, shampoo, conditioner… and for 3 days no one filled my empty bottle or changed towels 3- lights were broken but were fixed after 2 days 4- i read about plastic cups at breakfast and i thought it would be changed bcoz of many comments but it is still there …very thin unhealthy plastic cups for tea and no coffee just Nescafé, no milk just powder , no variety in breakfast the same thing is served everyday

The staff is very helpful and nice specially Eda💕, the breakfast is nice too. I like it

This morning we returned from a wonderful week at Atalla Hotel ... the location was outstanding being in the buzz close to the old town ... Ugar the owner went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable in every way ... the meals were simple authentic Turkish and very satisfying ... and the room was adequate and the bed was comfortable ... and it was pleasant to sit outside and watch the foot and motor traffic pass one by. Some attention is being given to upgrading but has been slowed down understandably by the lack of guests during the pandemic. The shower could do with extra cleaning, but there was always plenty of hot water. Good Wifi available throughout the hotel. Extremely good value for money.

The shower sealing needs replacing.

Location of the hotel is very very good, by walk you can discover old town and many other stuff, good and affordable restaurant around the hotel, cafe's as well. Ismail and other staff of the hotel is very nice and helpful always smiling and ready to help you anytime. Breakfast was served well

To be very honest is nothing to dislike, value of money, hotel location etc is very good, yes i would say what i dislike is was the wifi signals didn't reached to the room properly, like i was disconnected most of the time while working something from my hotel room

-actualy Location is the best point -i want to say about staff they are so kindly and every time help you and they are so hostable specially i talking about Oğur (best staff) -rooms are so sound isolation . -housekeapers are so kindly -breakfast was full of color and Normal -AC in the room was so good in this season :)

-if they put slippers in the room it will be very comfortable -if they use do not disturb me lable for house keepers will be very good

It was central to the centre and to the old town. The room was a decent size with balcony and you get complimentary water in your minibar. It was clean also

We were on the 7th floor and there was only one lift that went to that level.

Few meat for dinner

The hotel is located in old part of the city and it is very comfortable to walk short trips to the parks and bays. There is friendly personal, you feeling like you decided to meet old friends, thanks to them all And ISMAIL - is the BEST Reseption administrator)).

Amazing value, would stay again, staff was cool. They clearly know the city and have connections they helped arrange renting a car, even got me a discount. It's clearly run by locals, they know their way around.

Could have been cleaner, shower was a bit busted, but would totally stay again, price was the best

Clean rooms, comfy beds, nice staff, great location. We stayed in 3 different hotels around the same area and this one was the best in all aspects. Great value for money.
