Very good reception as our room was changed last minute. Staff were very pleasant especially night staff and breakfast staff. Excellent hygiene with daily room service. Breakfast was wonderful with a view.

Person in next room smoked continuously and came through the vent. I have a bad chest anyway and Woke up with a headache. Complained but it continued.

The hotel is beautiful and clean the staffs are not bad The dining room is nice and clean is 5 -10 minutes walk to Kapali Yol market I will like to stay in this hotel again my next holiday to Turkey

The breakfast is Turkish style I expect multiculture breakfast I was there for 4 night and I paid for 4 breakfast but I only went for breakfast once because I don't like the food.the environments is beautiful

The hotel has cute little restaurant on 8th floor. Room was small and clean. Excellent choice for a one night.

I liked the location. They provided early check in and late check out.

There were paint chips falling from the ceiling in one spot. That is the only thing I did not like.

The breakfast staff were super friendly and professional. The hotel's location is good, close to a tram station and to the city's attractions. The room was spacious and very clean.

We booked our room around 3 months in advance. The airplane company changed our flight a couple of months before our departure to Antalya (due to the infamous earthquake). So we wanted to change our hotel booking dates to adapt our stay at the hotel accordingly (we basically wanted to remove 1 night). The hotel refused to do so and refund 1 night, although it was a force majeur and we were issuing the requesr 2 months in advance. So we ended up paying 1 extra night. The cleaning staff did not provide us with Shampoo and Shower gel every day.

The staff was very friendly, from receptionist to cleaners. We arrived very early and were offered an early check-in for a considerably small amount of money. The hotel facilities were exceptionally clean. Presented pictures are very close to what we saw. The location was perfect for moving around the city. We were provided with new towels and other amenities on daily basis. The breakfast was diverse and pleasing. I had left my phone at the property and they safely returned my phone after just one call.

The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. Upon our arrival, the night time staff was generous enough to allow us to borrow his charger plug as we forgot to purchase Turkish ones. So kind and attentive of him! The breakfast on the 10th floor was delicious and definitely something we would love to come back again to try. Secondly, the WIFI was extremely fast which is something we were fortunate to have as other hotels tend to provide slower internet connection. The Air-conditioning facilities are top-notch and the bathroom utilities was of a high standard. The location isn’t too bad, (10 minute walk from Mark Antalya), if you find yourself lost, the locals that sit around the entrance of the hotel are incredibly friendly and willing to help you out! And most importantly, the room we were booked into absolutely lived up to the “luxury” promise! We were skeptical at first of what we would see upon opening the doors as it does appear to be small but we were pleasantly surprised by the room we had! It was gorgeous, quaint and put together exquisitely. Nice and cozy. We are incredibly thankful for our stay! Great value for money as it is more on the budget side but the quality of service would make you think it was a more expensive location!

Location was great, just walkable distance to Hadrian gate and old town. It has a good sound proof rooms, the room was very comfy. This was the only hotel who supplied water bottles in the mini fridge. Staff were friendly, especially the helper at the reception was very kind and helped us with the luggage to our room, he even helped us to get the famous sweet from the sweet shop. The staffs at the kitchen was very welcoming and friendly, the food was great, it had so many choices, one of the best hotels we stayed in Antalya.
