Professional staff location, Facilities, all inclusive and land of legend access. Great food

Last time i booked thos hotel on 2016 and rooms was already old and dated and nothing is changed. Rooms are for 3 stars hotel at best even showers were rusty and fan is not working. Towels are motels grade, really old i went and bought towels the next day. This hotel have best location for me, unfortunately, it needs rooms modernization. If i didn't try other rixos hotels and this is my first experience, i won't go for rixos hotles again . Rooms needs modernization

We are a group of four families. The staff was extremely nice, the service is excellent, it worth the value of paying. All inclusive with many pampering things to do. They even extended 2 out of four rooms till 6:00 pm because our flight was late at night.

We had an incident when we were paying cash for the four rooms we booked, and an amount of usd 600 went missing. We spent all our vacation having meetings with managers with no results. Cameras on reception are none sense. No real time camera to prove what happened. Even though I told them who took the money, they just denied it and even denied that a person in black costume existed when I spoke with managers later. I am saying this to be careful when paying cash. Don't handle them the cash before double checking that the amount paid is right or better pay by credit card.

The hotel is really amazing. They have 4 bars (apart from the main restaurant) where u can order any drinks you want. Also, I like that on the beach u can order drinks and food through a QR code and the personnel will deliver it to u within a few mins. The personnel were amazing and very helpful, they were greeting us every time and offered help. We stayed 6 nights there and the hotel gave us an opportunity to have dinner in one of the a la carte restaurants for free!! So we could enjoy 1 free dinner :) It was an amazing surprise!

1. The housekeeping wasn't great. They were replenishing the mini bar and providing water and snack, BUT they didn't take trash from trash bins. We were telling them and only after our reminder the trash was out. Also, no one changed bed sheets and bathrobes in 1 week. 2. Be careful - there is an elevator from the hotel to the beach and everyone can use it (not only guests). There were some queues sometimes and few time elevator was broken. I mean - its okay and the bed is AMAZING, its worth waiting a little bit and walking 5-10 mins, but be informed.

We have a great time in Rixos Downtown. Very helpful and nice staff, thanks for our assistant Anastasia. Definitely we will come back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Rixos Hotel as the overall experience surpassed my expectations. The staff members were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to assist. I am particularly grateful to Bella Hiasat and, in particular, Anastasia Shaydulina for their exceptional hospitality and attentiveness. Their initiative to establish a WhatsApp group greatly facilitated communication and ensured that my requirements were met promptly. Thanks to their efforts, my stay at the hotel became even more memorable.

The cleanliness of the lobby’s toilet fell short of expectations. I would like to suggest that you prioritize the cleanliness of the lobby toilet to meet the desired standards.

I had a wonderful time during my stay at Rixos Downtown. What stood out to me the most was the incredible view of the city from my room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly a treat. The hotel's convenient location also made it easy for me to explore the city and visit all the attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring that I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. I had the pleasure of meeting Anastasia, one of the hotel employees, who treated me with utmost respect and was always ready to assist me whenever I needed. Additionally, Miss Bella, whom we encountered at the restaurant, made sure to check if we had any issues during our stay at the hotel. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful details such as the complimentary toiletries, daily housekeeping service, and the delightful towel decorations that changed every day. Furthermore, the hotel went above and beyond by decorating our kids' room for my daughter's birthday, making her day truly unique and special.

The internet connection was very bad

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The first day we received a very warm welcome from Buse K. She was very friendly and funny which kickstarted our unforgettable holiday in Antalya and her communication was excellent whether it be fulfilling our needs or just providing us with engagement activities provided by the hotel. We really appreciate everything she done for us and hope to see her again in the future. The food was also amazing, with a wide variety every day whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. The service provided by the team was also great. The view from our room was stunning especially on a clear day you could see everything from the ocean, the city and even the mountains. Such a beautiful location. Again thank you to Buse and the team that fulfilled my request I cannot thank her enough. I would 100% recommend this hotel and especially if you would like to visit Land of Legends as it’s included with your stay rather than paying 80-100 euros pp. The hotel also has its own taxi stand by the security gate which was very convenient and they were also very friendly

I wanted to write a long and well written review about this place since I got back but life got too busy. INCREDIBLE is the world I would use to describe my stay at Rixos. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Alp at the reception who was amazingly warm and helpful to Kan’s 5 stars gust relations service and the bar boys and girls on roller skates by the pool, the customer service at this hotel is impeccable. The food is great, the facilities have raised my standards when traveling and the locations is just perfect. I absolutely love the place and will definitely go back every year!

17-24.09. Room 561&563 First of all, the KINDNESS of the staff and the warmth with which they greet you throughout your stay. The stay was fabulous, thank you Niloofar for everything 🫶🤗 (she gave us two connected rooms) 🥳 The hotel has an excellent position to the main attractions, public transport, taxis right on the premises of the hotel, transport and access to the land of legends included, or you can rent bikes from the hotel for free. Cleaning in the rooms done daily, mini bar stocked daily, iron and table on request (free), safe easy to use, the view from the room is a dream (too bad I can't upload more pictures here) The food is delicious, varied, in the evening the cuisines differ (international, Mediterranean, Indian, etc.), the variety of drinks with / without alcohol, juices, cocktails, coffee (they even have oat milk, almond, coconut, all ALPRO) for a minimum of 4 nights of accommodation receive a free entrance to the a la carte restaurant (a wonderful experience, really worth trying). Large pools, clean towels, you can change them when you want, snacks between meals, Starbucks coffee at the bar. Large, clean private beach, tear-clean water, you can get beach towels there, bar, beach snacks (pizza, grilled chicken with potatoes, salads, dessert) same friendly staff.
