a great stay with great facilities apart from customer service. good food variety for my family atleast. close to airport and kupakizi transfers take 400 lira one way for pick an drops.

there were no life guards at the beach side and my son almost drowned but thanks to a random guest things were in control. second day, my wife’s phone fell in water and she was out of contact as I was not there with her on the trip. I tried to contact customer service/ guest relations and they were of no help at all, given the circumstances they even didn’t bother to send a small note of emergency contacts to my wife in the room. thanks to the girls at kids club, who helped her getting in contact with me after 4 hrs.

The property was having a nice buildings , very clean rooms , excellent housekeeping services . There is showers everywhere and water fridges and bars everywhere. Food was good and had everything.

I didn’t like the beach that much , the water wasn’t very clean and not clear , snacks wasn’t available only desserts in certain hours . The desserts wasnt cold enough mybe cause it was a bit crowded . I didn’t like that from 2 untill 7 there was no food . Uber weren’t allowed so u have to take taxis that charges in euro , to go to downtown u have to pay 75 euro

The room is great: bed is comfortable , good shower , fav cleaning and view from the balcony. There's one swimming pool that's huge where you can enjoy listening to music and join different activities There's also another pool , smaller than the main one but still very nice if you want to be in a quieter place The Gym is very good too Staff is very helpful and nice Area.to lay down in the beach is very comfortable and you can choose to stay on the sand , grass or a deck.+

You only have 2 hours to have dinner in the main restaurant and this is from 7 - 9 pm. However, the food was removed from the buffet at 8:30. And thats not ideal nor acceptable cos you were left with less choices if you go after that time. Simular thing happened with breakfast. Food wise it was OK but there were not many fruits choices, sushi or just a simple avocado. Few options If you were looking to eat something fresh like ice cream (only vanilla flavour and 4.more if you go to the pastry that opened from 3 to 6).

Only moan would be is that the food was the same every night which got a little boring after 7 nights, but I do appreciate that catering for so many people must be a real mission. Also the shop on site charged Extortionate prices for suntan cream i.e €42 for a bottle of Nivia Sun which is £7 at home, felt like I was being totally ripped off. It was cheaper to get a cab into town and buy it in a chemist where is was €16.

Great amenities and entertainment program. Food is exceptional. Huge swimming pool. Perfectly clean.

Very noisy until midnight, especially in the rooms that are close to the Kremlin - the next hotel. If you come with small kids it might be a serious problem to make them fall asleep. Hermetic windows don't help. Another issue was with a mattress, it felt too soft and cheap

The location is great, the staff are amazing, whatever you think of; it’s just there at your disposal. Children club and activities are endless. The bars are pretty conclusive with drinks of all sorts; whatever you name is there! Restaurants and A la carté restaurants are awesome and I don’t think I ever had the opportunity to try that much variety of food anywhere else (and I mean literally all sorts of food). Night shows were mostly good except for one or two, but you will find something that suits your taste. Finally, Swandor wins the bargain of all inclusive with a reasonable price (compared to other resorts in the area).

I expected a better welcoming and showing us around. During our 8 nights stay, we discovered by complete chance that some facilities are included with our stay, but we were never told that those facilities were included without extra cost. The main restaurant’s breakfast wasn’t the best, but the A la carté restaurant breakfast was great. I am still happy with the stay and would recommend it to family and friends, but a few minutes with a welcoming intro from the guest relations team would be appreciated.

The rooms were were spacious and clean. The offerings and variety for breakfast, lunch and supper were great and catered for most tastes. The food was always fresh and tasty. The evening entertainment and spa were also great. Really enjoyed the massages.

The beach was still closed which was a real pity.

Hotel is beautiful and green, with large swimming pool and beach. I liked the option to use sunbeds on the pier. Restaurants and bars are everywhere. Buffet is huge with big variety of food. In my opinion the test of some main course dishes, salads and desserts was average and too oily.

Unfortunately I hurt my feet by several sharp big stones, pieces of cement with rebar and even piece of vertical metal rod on the seabed at a depth of about a metre and slightly more where majority of people are enjoying high waves. They are literally everywhere, I tried to move aside thinking it's safe until my foot got hurt by another one. It's dangerous and I hope Hotel management will take appropriate action about it.

Stayed in royal seginis for 10 nights and day before flight home saw an offer on booking.com about this place less than half price so decided to miss flight and stay 5 days there . Couldn’t really fault it only downside is it’s quite out of way from anywhere and shop on site is ridiculous. £50 for a bottle of sun oil . £25 for a pack nappies . £60 for a inflatable for baby for pool . I’m a picky eater and food was brilliant , attention to detail throughout the hotel is unreal although I would say more if a 4 star not a 5 star .
