I can confidently say it's the best hotel I've ever experienced. I had read positive reviews about the hotel on Booking.com, Google, and TripAdvisor, so I decided to book it, but I didn't expect such great amenities at such a reasonable price. Many previous travelers have praised the excellent food quality, cleanliness, and more, so you must try the excellent experience we had. But I'd like to share my opinion from another angle. Certainly, behind all these excellent amenities, there's a very smart and professional management team along with a team of very professional and friendly staff who deserve thanks and appreciation for continuing their work with even more energy. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant, always ready to provide services with a smile, even when they were busy working alone, you could tell from their faces how happy and satisfied they were to work in this environment. After breakfast, different staff members would regularly visit guests by the pool and outdoor areas to invite them to entertaining activities and ask if they needed any help or had any problems. I really can't express in words the positive energy and good vibes that my friends and family experienced in this hotel, and I highly recommend that you experience it too. Also, a big thank you to the strong and good team, keep up the great work! ❤️

Maybe the temperature of the pool can be warm

This resort was the best part of our whole trip to Turkey and Greece. The location is beautiful, and so is the resort, I can not fault this hotel. We arrived early in the morning, way before check-in and were allowed to freshen up in the spa area and make full use of the facilities right from the start. You do not need to leave this hotel. It caters to your every need. My children had the best time. There was a full itinerary prepared for the children for the day. It ended with a kids 'disco' each evening. The child carers were exceptional. The food was excellent and a great variety to choose from as well as different venues to eat from. It was truly all-inclusive, in terms of drinks, food, and desserts. I will most certainly return and cannot recommend this resort enough.

If I had to mention one thing, the shower head in our bathroom was not fixed and it caused the whole bathroom to become flooded when showering. Since it moved out of position due to water pressure.

We have been looking for a long time for a hotel that would meet our requirements for this year's holiday in Turkey, and we can say that Mirada del Mar fulfilled them. As a family, we had the Family Room, which I definitely recommend to families with older children (6+). The hotel and its surroundings were absolutely clean during our stay. We also have to highlight a wide selection of meals throughout the day.

I would recommend the hotel to prohibit guests from placing mixed and other drinks on the edge of the pool. There are small children around the pools, who can spill drinks into the pool due to their inattention, which may not be pleasant for others.

The hotel has got large grounds which are immaculately kept.. Great variety and quality of food served in different restaurants and bars throughout the day. Good sports activities for guests with lots of variety. Interesting animation programmes; we particularly enjoyed the dancing and acrobatic performance and the juggling show for children. The hotel created a great atmosphere for both relaxing and being active.

Sometimes we needed to remind several times the staff at reception about the problems we had reported before they were dealt with.

Clean and tidy everywhere. Cleaners about all the time. Toilets always clean. Room clean. Most waiters and bar staff very pleasant. Food was very good, a big choice of different foods each night, all to a good standard.

Most bar staff friendly but some turned away rather than serve us. Shame we had twin beds insted of a double bed. Booking.com Taxi service was difficult as I sent several emails and a phone call to change our pick up time but they didnt confirm so we booked another taxi firm.

Hotel was excellent. Spotless. Staff very attentive to the gardens and surrounding area. The entertainment was also quite good (a bit random at times) snow event in 30 degrees!!! Food hall was magnificent with a huge variety of foods and bottled water was always on the table. All in all an excellent stay and would highly recommend.

catered mainly for Polish, Russian, Serbian. We were the only English residents so if you wanted to talk to other couples it was very difficult.

The rooms and food were great and everything was clean. Overall a nice hotel in a nice location, nice design. All inclusive was great, good place to rest!

A bit difficult to communicate in English (although the employees did their best and were all nice) + some small things expected from a 5star hotel not available such as conditioner for the hair + difficult to find place at the beach.

The place is perfect, 10/10 regarding the food perfect quality and variety. The animation team is amazing they encourage everyone to participate. The weather and facilities are beyond expectations.

The only issue is lack of English speaking staff, which was manageable but as a whole it is a perfect place to enjoy your time in.

I couldn't find nice wine for extra payment on the property . Poor and overpriced winelist on room service menu
