Almost everything was amazing, rooms are really comfortable, food is really nice and personel was really kind, attentive.

I had a little accident on the last day and I needed a doctor, even thought it was urgent doctor kept talking to other people and didnt even look at me. When he came, without even examining or asking questions he said just go to hospital with an attitude.

the food was great with a large variety, which is very important especially when you travel with kids. the public areas are very clean and well maintained. we travelled as a big family (20 ppl) and it felt like this place is exactly the place for us

the rooms thou were not so clean. this is the only disappointing thing at this great resort

Service and quality of food

The coffee wasnt up to the quality of the buffet and facility. A coffee barista will do better instead of machine

Spa Turkish bath and massage was excellent very friendly and experienced. Rooms were cleaned up in detail . Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had amazing time with my family in KIMEROS PARK HOLIDAY VILLAGE

The hotel offered a service worth the price. Meals were great. The naturalness of the hotel fascinated us. We felt at home. Despite a long 8-night trip, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and spent our days to the fullest. Room cleanliness was great. Especially Ms. Bircan, who served our room, is an excellent staff!

Some of the hotel staff were unable to manage the crowd. A few times our orders have been neglected, even though we have told the staff separately. The extra bed comfort provided was completely below expectations. It was a complete misfortune that the hotel did not have a lounge or study area.

Everything was perfect! I would recommend this hotel for a family trip for sure!

Everything was great! Maybe wi-fi quality could be improved - not all hotel area is covered and signal strength sometimes rather weak.

The hotel is ideal for sea lovers. Incredible beach.

The rooms, beach, hamam, spa massage, and spa service was good.

Gym didnt have enough dumbells, equipment was broken, and rusty. Room service was amazing but food service was poor, iron inside the laundry room was broken.

The quality of food and variety is very good, breakfast lunch and dinner are amazing, fresh vegetables, grilled fish, fruit and deserts.

The quality of housekeeping service is bad, the linen or towels were not changed during the three days, HSK came and my husband answered please come in 5 minutes, we are going out, she did not come back, even though we put the sign please make up my room. Some of the employees speaks Russian, but all the others does not speak English, I asked for semi sweet or semi dry wine, they did not understand what I meant. I asked for taxi at 14:00, they said come at 14:00, we will order only when you come, not before. Then at 14:00 I needed to wait 15 min for the car, after not taxi came but hotel transfer which for sure can be ordered in advance. I asked for receipt on check out, they do not understand what word receipt means, even though I was paying cash on the desk.
