Kaya Belek

I enjoyed staying at Kaya Belek with my family. The staff was helpful and solved any issue we had quickly. Rooms and entire facilities were clean and organized. I liked the quality and variety of the buffet. However, there is room to improve the drinks and bartender skills.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area and you merely hear any noises. However, the hotel decided to renovate the suites around us completely. We woke up by loud noises comes from floor changing work. They changed our suite when we asked for but it would be nice to give a notice to the guests first when a construction work is planned.

Kaya Belek was fantastic, wow was treated like royals. Serkan the Manager was amazing, told us the activities for every day and went the extra mile to make sure we enjoy our stay

View is nice alot of activites Staff are respectful The food there is top notch

Ac was broke for a couple of hours it took many calls to get someone Also there was a couple of bugs (spiders/ants)

The staff could not have been better and the hotel was very clean.

Almost everything was perfect and there were a lot of small good points that I’ve never met before in the other hotels: - dinner at first then all organizational tasks - all night kitchen so you can have a breakfast early morning - One person hammam for SPA procedures Staff, area, room, cleanness, food, animation, spa - all was amazing

WI-FI! I will not come back only because of it. I was not able to work and it was a big problem for me. For vacation it’s even good - you can spend time together ;) Uncomfortable mattress - resolvable very quickly with additional softener.

The food in the main restaurant was outstanding - good quality and plenty of variety - and the team there were efficient, clearing plates and serving drinks to guests as soon as they sat down.

The hotel was fully booked with athletes for the IronMan 70.3 race as was many of the others in the area yet a very loud disco was permitted to go ahead nearby for the 2 nights preceding the race when we all wanted to get a good night's sleep. There were also noisy guests in our hotel in the early hours of the morning. Security should have been there to quieten them.

We have arrived and received very nice surprise upgrade of our room for free by Customer relations people (Thank you Mr. Serkan). Room was very spacious with perfect view from balcony. All the necessities that you would expect in hotel are there. Beds sheets and towels were changed regularly. Furniture is little on old side, but nothing crucial. Stuff was excellent, they do everything to make your stay more comfortable. It is absolutely possible to never leave the hotel, there are small shops, SPA, Gym, huge territory, very nice beach, shows, food, everything. Food and bar: There is probably 30 minutes in all 24 hours when you can't find food. Rest of the time there is food somewhere. Food is good, bar works 24hr There are number of pools in the hotel territory but we never used them so no comments.

Elevators - always busy especially during meal times Getting towels for the beach - only one place in the hotel, it would be nice if there was also tower place near the beach

Beautiful hotel and region. Very well located just in the beach, well organised and clean, good free spa. Beautiful beach, big outdoor and indoor pools, beautiful gardens, good buffets and a la carte restaurants. Very close to Land of legends Park and amazing shoping mall. Manny thanks to Mr Seekan from Costumer Relations that support us in a very effective and professional way always worried about our confort and satisfaction. Great room upgrade - big beautiful room with sea view and pool gardens, amazing. I recomend this hotel good value for money.

The beach volleyball Court should be not between the chairs zone, but little bit faraway to not disturb people.
