We arrived at the hotel shortly after our fifth anniversary and found our bed beautifully decorated with petals marking the occasion - such a lovely gesture! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with healthy local food cooked by the staff, our room was always kept clean, the pool was quite well maintained and the hotel bar had fair prices. Totally recommended!

Staying at this hotel was exceptional! The team is very professional. The manager, Sinan Bey and Riza Bey always greet you with a smile, ask if everything is ok, go out of their way to fulfill your needs. They are happy to welcome you to their hotel and are very kind. They constantly make sure everything is fine for you. The environment is very flowery, there are beautiful gardens, the decoration is tastefully chosen. The swimming pool is large. The deckchairs are very relaxing. The room is cleaned every day. The beds are very comfortable. Everything is pleasant. Breakfast is served as a buffet. It is varied, homemade and very filling. The dishes and cakes are delicious. All guests are happy to stay here. It's nice to see such a good mood. The hotel is located near the sea and the bus station that takes us quickly all over the Bodrum peninsula. We were only supposed to stay one night and finally decided to stay a whole week because we felt so good in this hotel! Thanks to the whole team! Our holidays were very successful thanks to you.

Adequate double room for 1 person. Pleasant aspect over the property. Plenty of hot water. Fridge. Large choice of food at breakfast and for additional cost could have Turkish coffee. Excellent location - 10mins flat walk from bus station and to seafront. Local restaurants/ supermarkets. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

There was no soap in the shower and 'soap' for handwashing was minature bottles of shampoo. They had never been asked before for soap.....after Covid many places in Turkey still offer hand sanitiser. Also low cost flights mean one does not always carry shampoo and soap. Please do not change towels every day! I stayed in October when it was very quiet but the arrangement of rooms around the pool could mean it was noisy and also sound from the karioke bar nearby may be noticeable in the busier times.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! We had an amazing time in Bodrum and this hotel was a 10/10. Super nice and cozy pool area with lounge music. Staff 10/10 specially Alp Aslan (sorry if the name is spelled wrong) such a professional and polite guy that was super helpful. Also the other guy in reception I think his name is Sinan..?! He helped us with beach recommendations and tu buy take away food with his phone. Location perfect 5 min walk to the boulevard and beach.

The bathroom and shower was a bit moldy and dirty. It would be great the have fresh and polished shower.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. To start, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite room without even having to request it. The staff demonstrated exceptional dedication, politeness, and helpfulness throughout my time there. The room itself was consistently clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I was impressed by the quality of the ingredients used. It was evident that the hotel took pride in providing a satisfying dining experience for its guests. One of the standout moments of my stay was when I had a late flight. The hotel graciously allowed me to spend most of the day by the pool, which made my departure day even more enjoyable and stress-free.

Great little boutique hotel with such a lovely quiet pool area. The staff in the hotel are excellent and very welcoming with nothing to much trouble. The breakfast was great with plenty to choose from in a Turkish breakfast manner. The hotel has an excellent location just 7 minutes walk down a slight hill to all the shops and restaurants on the front. We stayed here after just staying at an all inclusive, we were on a road trip of Turkey, and I would stay here any day over the other hotel. We will probably we back just for a week of relaxing in Bodrum

Great location if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle. Nice size hotel. Doesn't sell food just serves breakfast but able to bring food in or order delivery. A few minor tweaks would make it a real gem of a hotel.

Wooden decking was rough in places which caused splinters. Empty bottles and rubbish could be collected from around the pool faster. Nowhere in the bathroom to put a spare toilet roll. No proper hand soap just small bottles of liquid soap so not easy to use. No drawers to put clothes in and 1 coat hanger in the wardrobe. No safety deposit boxes.

Costa Bodrum City Hotel was a really good choice! The hotel has a very good aesthetic and we had a great accommodation! The staff was great and very helpful with us! The breakfast was really good and we enjoyed it! The pool area was so nice and relaxing! We absolutely loved the beautiful dogs and cats they had and in general we had a very good time and we will be back for sure!

The only thing we didn't like was the problematic internet connection and the lack of Netflix! Also it would be great if the room had a safe-deposit box!
