The kindness of the staff, they are all very attentive and helpful. They kindly upgraded my room to a bigger one ! :-) Delicious breakfast with lots of options and excellent restaurant menu. Everything is homemade and fresh! There are plenty of plugs in room, the water pressure in the shower is great, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, the small fridge in the room is a big bonus! The lighting in the room is nice and the AC works well. The pool area is lovely and kept clean and tidy, the sun loungers are very comfortable and cushions are provided, such a chilled atmosphere all around :-) The place is conveniently located less than 10 minutes' walk from the old town and to the marina for boat trips. There are at least 2 supermarkets right behind the hotel. A big thank you to the whole team who were absolutely amazing!

Everything was perfect. I don’t like crowded hotels with loud music so I chose a bitik hotel with a good review and low price. I liked everything about this place. The location was very good for me because it is a little remote from other hotels but at the meantime it’s close to the city center and all shops. I also chose this place because of the vegan restaurant close to the hotel. The place is really amazing. Once you enter you can feel the good energy and atmosphere of it. Quiet, relaxing, super clean. Very friendly staff who speak perfect English. Amazing breakfast! I’ve never seen small hotels in Turkiye serving pogaca and simit for breakfast but this one does. The room was clean and cozy and the shower was spotless. Amenities (such as soaps, shampoo and water) were available upon arrival. Also I got a very early check in after they heard that I traveled all night from Antalya. Thank you very much! Very nice and memorable stay. Definitely recommend it!

The great reception we got on arrival at the property. We arrived at 9.30 after a very long flight from South Africa and we’re offered complimentary breakfast until our room was ready. The owners were always at the ready to supply any information we required and very kindly offered to supply us with a yummy sandwich and juice as we had a early departure. They also booked a taxi to the ferry terminal. Thanks a mil

We were there for 3 nights and no cleaning service was offered. I personally emptied our dustbin on a daily basis. Also no drinking glasses in the room-just to supply 1 in the bathroom would have sufficed-not all countries drink water out of a bottle!! All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Many thanks

This hotel is a hidden gem for its size , just away enough from the hustle and bustle of the main precinct area which is a warmly run establishment mainly because of the owners who run it and make it a really welcoming and friendly place to stay ! Sermi & Tulga Bey are the perfect host and will look after any of your needs with a smile !! The food ordered in-house was terrific , clean and tasty and their pricing for drinks & food was more than reasonable !! We can’t speak highly enough of them and will no doubt go back there when we go to Bodrum !

Couldn’t really fault it to be honest !!!

A small family run hotel in the heart of Bodrum with a really chilled out vibe away from the hustle bustle, but within walking distance of transport options (bus/taxi) A spotlessly clean hotel with an excellent (included) healthy breakfast selection including home made traditional Turkish savoury and sweet pastries. As a solo traveller I initially booked 4 nights but ended up using this hotel as my base for the duration of my trip. Many of the staff spoke English and were all professional, polite, respectful, interesting and extremely helpful, non intrusive and fun to be around. I highly recommend a visit to feed your soul!

I couldn't stay longer!

We just came back from a 12 night stay at the Oya Butik hotel. Our holiday was before the usual holiday season, so the hotel was very quiet, which was perfect for us. The staff were very helpful, showed us places to go on the buses. We got to see some beautiful places thanks to their advice. The rooms were lovely and clean. Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Will be recommending to all my family and friends.

Beautiful, cozy place with a lot of atmosphere, a very attentive and genuinely nice staff, delicious breakfast, cute dog and cat😊 Rooms are spotless clean and the air conditioning very silent so we really have a good and relaxing sleep. Special thanks for letting us spending the day at the pool and into lovely garden after check out, we really appreciated it! Absolutely recommend Oya and definitely will come back here if we’ll ever visit Bodrum again❤️

Quiet location just 10 min walk to the marina. Very beautiful boutique hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly prices for everything on the menu and excellent warm management. Would definitely stay here again.

Some minor things - service is basic, manager himself was carrying our luggage to the room. No kettle in the room although all toiletries were provided.

Oya Butik is tucked away in a side road by town centre but delivers in a lush hideaway feel. The owners and staff were most warm and helpful, I particularly loved breakfast and how informative and keen they were for me to try their home cooked brekkie options- all of which were super delicious! The room far exceeded my expectations, not luxurious but sufficiently clean and spacious and comfortable for your holiday needs, tv there for those wanting it and Aircon and comfy beds. Centrality to the city centre and the beach really won here, as well as other historical sites nearby. So handy and lots of lovely food spots nearby- I would recommend the vegan cafe around the corner! Ideal stay, would defos come again- great value for money! Thanks again folks :) Senita

The hotel location is perfect. It’s not inside downtown so you don’t have to deep fry yourself in traffic on the way there, but it’s only 10 mins walk to it. First thing I noticed is that it’s super clean. Feels like an oasis in the middle of chaotic town. Rooms are spacious and spotless clean, with the sitting area which can actually fit one more person. The best part of our stay was their breakfast. I actually consider it one if the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Owner makes everything herself and even olives are homemade. Pool is very clean and sun beds are nice and comfortable. I can guarantee you ll love it. Won’t even start on value for money because the price doesn’t match how good this hotel is. Totally recommended!
