View was incredible and it was a spacious apartment, comfortable for 4 people to stay in. It was also close to the taxi stand, so it was easy to get around wherever we wanted to

The beds could have been more comfortable and the kitchen could have included basic things like coffee, tea, sugar, pepper, etc.

Degirmenburnu Residence has the perfect location overlooking Bodrum with breathtaking sea views. It’s very close to the beach and the city centre.The facilities in the residence are very clean and modern.The apartment was very well equipped.The only apartment that we have ever rented with a sea view from every corner. It’s a big plus that the swimming pool is with sea water and whilst you are in the pool you enjoy the sea view. Many thanks to the staff who were very helpful, kind and professional . We can’t wait to come back!

There is nothing to dislike.

The apartment has a view of two bays - it`s an excellent sea view. The facility is with big living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with big refrigerator with freezer, dishwashing machine, stove and hot plate, any dish. There is two very comfortable sofa beds flat TV and rocking chair :) in living room. From the balcony there is a wonderful sea view and you can enjoy it during breakfast or dinner because there is a large table and chairs. There is two bed rooms- very spacious but with blackout curtains. In one of them there is flat TV and bathroom. In main bathroom there is a washing machine. In short the apartment has everything you need to feel at home and on vacation at the same time.

Very comfortable upper floor apartment with great view of Gumbet harbour and the Windmills from the balcony. Very comfortable bed, great shower, great kitchen facilities with coffee machine. Very friendly helpful staff and lovely swimming pool. Close enough to Gumbet harbour for boat trips from there, and also close enough to walk to Bodrum city and marina. The soundproofing door to the balcony blocked out the noise from the road. Lovely place, didn't want to leave. I will be back!

The lighting in the apartment is ceiling spotlights only, which can be a bit harsh. Some softer lighting options would be nice. And more kitchen utensils such as chopping board, cooking pots, and tea-towels are required. Also needs laundry soap and dishwasher soap and cleaning products, so that the guests don't have to buy everything every time and then only use a small amount during their stay. Also a small basin or plug for the kitchen sink for washing dishes, this would help save water. And please put in recycling bins! Otherwise, lovely.

The view is great, and the location is good—you are just 5-10 minutes walking from the beach and the Marina City Centre. WiFi was strong and worked well. Car parking slots were available for most guests, but we did not need them. I believe, for those who rent or travel in their car, it would be an advantage.

The location is good but will be challenging for those who travel with children or for the older generation. This is mainly due to the hilly area and very close location to nightclubs. You will need to close your windows during the night otherwise it will be noisy and difficult to sleep. In this context, upgrading air conditioners will be good. The current air conditioners worked well, but it seems they were old as did not turn off when achieved the set temperature.

We had a two bed apartment for 10 nights. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Beds comfortable and linen clean etc. The view from the balcony was stunning, especially at night with the lights over Gumbet bay. It was an easy downhill walk to either Bodrum Marina or the other way to Gumbet. Not such an easy walk uphill coming back! Luckily there are taxi ranks close by. The reception staff were incredibly nice & helpful. They helped with everything from ordering taxis to delivery of takeout. The pool area is lovely, very clean with a great pool, provided towels & a stunning view. We will definitely book again & would highly recommend. Excellent value for money in Bodrum.

The furniture is quite well used and the kitchen wasn’t well equipped with cooking utensils.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the middle of August 2024 and would highly recommend it. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms that are well-maintained and fully functional. Room 6C, in particular, was a delight, boasting a beautiful garden that added a peaceful touch to the experience. The view from the room was truly breathtaking and made our stay even more special. What stood out the most, though, was the staff. They were extremely helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I will definitely be returning!

Photos do not do this place justice (do yourselves a favour & get new better quality photos taken!!) gorgeous views over the bay, housekeeping upon request, really nice (albeit freezing which was luckily still bearable in September) pool experience. Had a thoroughly enjoyable time staying at this accommodation.

The hill that this accommodation is placed upon is not a joke. We still walked up it after every meal time we left for (which we grew to appreciate in the end) but if you’re not fit or able then be sure to bring plenty of cash lira for taxis which are readily available.

Great place to stay) Amazing view to the city and the sea. Famous windmills are exactly opposite side to the residence, that's really cool. Room was very comfortable, everything needed was there. Place is quiet and beautiful. Staff is amazing, always there, always ready to help. Residence also have a very sweet cats family living there, so bring some cat snacks with you)) The only thing you need to consider - to have a great view the place should be on the hill. So you should be ready to walk down and up to a city center or a beaches, or you can always use a taxi) Walking to Marina or Gumbet beach takes 10 minutes, so everything is quite near)
