We are extremely happy with our stay! They have a great staff who are always looking to make you feel more than wonderful! Special thanks to the guys from the restaurant Tanner and Janner who made our dinners at the restaurant unforgettable! The location is good! Since we stayed in March I can't say anything about the beach because it wasn't warm enough for a beach! The hotel seems to me to be a typical Turkish style, so maybe most people think it doesn't deserve 5 stars, but I definitely have a different opinion! The food is uniquely delicious, the rooms were decently clean! They have probably the best mattresses because you sleep like a little baby! A spacious hotel room! I recommend! I would come back here again!

There were not that many guests in the hotel during our stay and I wonder why we were all room to room with over 800 rooms available because I was not happy with the other hotel guests! There is no noise insulator in the rooms and you can hear absolutely everything that happens in the room next to you! And that's exactly what I didn't like about my stay here, as I could hear the other tourists all the time and for some reason these people keep making noise in the late hours and they don't make noise from.. you know what but they just clearly can't keep their behinds in peace!

I used to stay in a nearby hotel,so I know Salmakis from before,the hotel needs renovation,but restaurant , food and service are very good,pool area very nice and well kept

The hotel has specific architecture and if they put you in room starting with 8..,then you have quite a lot to learn,how to get to the restaurant,pool and beach along the long corridors.As foreigners and traveling alone without organized group we were put as far away as possible,but the room was large and nice with spectacular view. The safe in the room was out of order and I complained twice at the reception,but nobody came to fix it or bring another one.

Staff were brilliant Bedroom very spacious Loved the fact you could always get a sunbed.

The decor was stunning. Access to food was everywhere and the quality was amazing. The waiting staff were exceptional (our thanks especially go to Ali, Aybuke and Baran). They pampered us and made us feel like royalty. Relaxing by the pool was incredible. The music they played by the pool was fantastic...something everyone could enjoy and the volume was just right. Next to the pool was a small shop which sold googles, pool toys, food and clothing. Swimming in the sea was good and both the sea and pool were suitable for people with younger children. There was entertainment each night for the children and the occasional show for adults.

The internet was often non-existent. We tried in our room, at the restaurant and the reception and couldn't use the wifi. Unfortunately, the activities listed on their booking.com description were not available. We were really disappointed because another all-inclusive hotel we went to during the pandemic did provide the activities they advertised. In terms of TV entertainment, most channels were in Turkish or in German. The only channels in English were news channels. There were no movies in English.

This is a lovely hotel with a gorgeous view and a great location. The hotel staff really does everything in their power to make sure the guests are comfortable and having a good time. They are truly lovely and very helpful people. On our first day, we got a call from Nazli from guest relations to welcome us and to let us know that she is there for us if we need anything. Nazli helped us with all our queries, booked our trip to Kos, arranged things for us, advised on practical things, etc. when it was my daughter’s birthday she arranged for a cake and flowers on her bed, which was such a nice thing to do.Thanks Nazli! We had some trouble with the internet connection and I had an important meeting. Again, the staff was extremely accommodating with manager Umit going above and beyond to help us out. All in all, we were very happy! Thank you for everything!

The breakfast selection was lovely and the staff were very obliging.

The awful strong smell of someone smoking weed in the room next to us, we reported it but nothing was done about it x

Excellent facilities, staff were v informative and helpful. Mehmet and Welcome team, together with Gokce and Selahattin helped make our stay a memorable one. The walk to the restaurant is fairly long , however with additional lifts to come shd help guests getting to the restaurant faster! Spa & Turkish Bath facilities were v good.

The shuttle bus for guests shd be complimentary

Nice architecture on the entire complex with the amazing paintings of Remzi Taskeran at the lobby. Very well equipped gym. Clean and well maintain complex Friendly and helpful staff. Good menu and delicious food at the restaurant
