The staff was super nice at reception. The waiter who took care of us at the restaurant was also really sweet. I like that they're close to the beach and have several pools you can enjoy.

My room was at edge of the hotel and it gets super loud with the shows that go on at night next door.

The property has a nice location few meters away from the beach. It is just located where the buses stops to transfer passengers to the city center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean, and the food is tasty.

The hotel is situated in a calm place. The beach here is quite big (as for Gumbet). 10 min walk to the famous windmills. 20 minutes walk to the much better and cleaner Kayaliklar Erkek Beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is mostly tasty, well prepared. Big variety of dishes (NB: the more people in the hotel, the bigger variety they propose).

The hotel itself is old and definitely needs renovation. The beach is quite dirty, lots of garbage on the sand and in the water (but this is problem in all Gumbet and Bodrum beaches). The sea water near Gumbet is muddy. Wild dogs are walking and sitting near sunbeds, nobody cares, but sometime it's scaring.

Everything was perfect about this resort, It is clean and has a very good staff. The food there was delicous and the rooms were so comfortable.

What makes this hotel to stand out is friendly, helpful staff and nice park area. Close location to city is also a great benefit. Water slides, pools and nearby sea encouraged children a lot. Spa and entertainment staff are the most welcoming and professional.

The room cleaning was dreadful, very dirty floor, bathroom. The sofa bed that was said to be a sleeping place was absolutely uncomfortable, didn't have a protective cover, so that sofa was all in spots. The pillow was without a pillowcase. At the arrival there happened to be no soap filled in the bathroom, toilet paper etc, the phone wasn't working, although it was not earlier than 14:00. Management settled everything quickly, but this shouldn't happen to guests. Minor issues: ice cream was not available during the specified by the hotel period of time, it was given out either in the very beginning of the snack time or at the very end.
