The checkin process was very quick. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and kind. Mr Salim (if I'm not mistaken) was really kind and always ready to help and assist when needed. He helped us in getting simcard/taxi and guided us with what to do in Bursa. The staff at the breakfast were kind as well. The Hotel is located in the middle of the Bazaar making it really easy to access everywhere in the city. The hotel had taxi station near to it and metro station as well. Everywhere was 10-15 minutes with taxi. Zaafer Plaza and meydan were near the hotel making it a safe area to walk around during the night.

We had an issue with the phone in our room. We couldn't call the reception to ask or request needed stuff. We informed the reception but they were not able to help. The toilet was a bit old and needed maintenance (flush was not working well.) The breakfast was a 7/10. The wifi was on and off disconnecting.

The breakfast is in the basement and the lightening is dim Taxi cannot reach the hotel due to road closure in specific time You have to Park in a nearby parking lot which is 1 minute walk

I really love the rooms. So beautiful and comfortable. I also want to thank to Mr Selim who help me arrange transport for me and families to tour in Bursa. Mr Selim is very helpful and i love his smile. The driver is very good and patient. InsyaAllah, next time, i want the same driver. This hotel just walking distance to Koza Han and walking distance to city area. Got, one restaurant which sell very delicious iskander kebab with reasonable price, Inegol Koftecisi Salih. For my next trip, i will booked B Loft again and will enjoy Iskander Kebab in Bursa. Love it

I have problem with the kettle. The kettle which provided in my room is broken and i ask to change it. But, i keep receive the broken kettle until the third times i ask, then i get the new kettle. I not sure what's wrong with this bell boy ( i not sure his position title in B Loft Hotel). He not friendly and from his face, i can see he facing some trouble or stress, maybe. My suggestion, B Loft management can send him for training. The breakfast given is not variety. Simple turkish menu breakfast, but yet, still delicious. I still enjoy it. For breakfast, can B loft management add more variety menu of Turkish food? Thank you

Location is Nice, Room is big. You can park the car in the Otopark which is a minute walk & it's free.

Not so easy to take the bags & baby strollies up to the room & down to the lobby everytime you get-in-n-out! 😅 My toilet wasn't so clean to be honest when i first checked in. But overall, nice place with walking distance.

The Hotel is located in the center of Bursa, close to shops, restaurants and caffes. The room was very confortable and so was the bathroom (the shower was great). The staff are very friendly. We spend the new year's eve in Bursa and the manager called serveral restaurants for us to book us a table. The breakfast is very nice.

I would like to suggest to the staff to be more informed about Bursa offers. We have asked about new year's eve plans in Bursa and Ski places, and they could not help us. Besides, when we asked if there were any fireworks at midnight, they said that no fireworks existed which was not true because we realized later that from the tower it is possible to see fireworks from 3 different spots. This is just a suggestion 😀

***** Beautiful Hotel, very clean, great options for breakfast, prefect location for local attractions. On the high street with all the markets and shops but quiet and peaceful in the hotel. Staff were brilliant, they were welcoming and attentive especially Salim, he was a very good host, goes out of his way to help you, helped with guiding you for any tourist attractions, he is very welcoming, friendly and professional, I loved this hotel and location. Great hotel, clean, tidy, great breakfast, great staff ... all the recommendations for those who want to experience the emperors of the old empire and the crowds ... the staff organizes parking and is close to the hotel. avoid approaching the hotel after 10 pm the streets are closed

b loft a very good hotel very confortable very clean . the location is great near every thing. salim the recepcionist is a very helping man. special thank to him and tarak too smiling and helping ..... if i have to go to bursa again sure i go to the b loft hotel .the breakfast was not really great cause of the covid restrictions i think no self just one choice for all the guests .but i dont care if every thing was correct.thank you again salim se you soon .HMILA FAYCAL AND FRIENDS.

THE BREAKFAST JUST IT .

I liked the location 4 or 5 prominent places in walking distance like Osman gazi grave, tohane park, Noza Han, covered bazar, silk bazar, grand mosque of bursa bla bla. The only thing is we should have advanced knowledge about the transportation to reach out to far places, else you have to spend in taxi huge amounts

Breakfast. All four days of stay same items. They should improve their taste and introduce new dishes every day…if not all at least 3-4 dishes they could change

The stuff Amazing they are more than helpful.10/10 The breakfast 8/10 good but need more and different items but overall good The Location 10/10 very good if you like shopping from local markets it's very near from this markets but the problem the driver couldn't come to the hotel you need to walk like 1 min The room space very good and clean also the bathroom super clean And special thanks to the Amazing guy with yellow hair he is like the hero of the hotel
