To my surprise, I was given a whole apartment with 6 beds, kitchen/dining room and terrace. It was a pity to remain just one night! General cleanliness acceptable, big bathroom, the best shower I personally found in Turkey. At the reception you can count on a couple of people that speak good English and that's pretty rare in Bursa. Their kindness and disposability were really great! I would came back for sure.

The guesthouse is located in a secondary street and the surroundings are not aestethically great, although the position is quite central.

Super comfy beds. Spacious bedroom. Super helpful receptionist. You can do free laundry. Close to touristic spots.

Hallways & stairs are kind of dark.

location was strategic, close to bus station, and we got the bigest room in the same floor as we entered the house. so no need to climb upstair with luggage. and the room was really big!

the bathroom needs a maintenance for sure. the water from the shower was leaking and caused wet everywhere in the bathroom. also they need a cable extension for charging station. lucky we bring one from home, coz there were only 1 available. also lamp definitely needs more brighter, since we got the biggest room, and it was quite like living in a cave with limited light.

This apartment was a fantastic choice! The location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the city. The manager was incredibly helpful, courteous, and always available to answer any questions. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Woman at the reception was very friendly and helpful, it is in great location within walking distance of sites of old city and our apartment was spacious. Good to have a fridge and provision to make tea and coffee etc.

The bedside table lights did not work, the hotel need to pay attention to cleanliness and maintenance – cigarette burns of sofa, smell in bathroom etc. There is no elevator and breakfast is no longer provided.

Very accommodating host and entertained all our request. Large flat suitable for big families. Fairly close to all the tourist sites snd amenities. Definitely my choice for future stay in Bursa.

Lack of kitchen utensils, minor cooking for long stay. Senior citizens should ask for lower floor since there is no lift.

The location is at the north side of Bursa old town, and is beside a main street. The red line (line 2) subway (tube) station is right there. The room is quite large, yet, it is in a quiet small alley (15 meters away from the main road) with a otoparking lot. If you walk from there, it is about 15 minutes' uphill across the old town to Ulu cami. The location is very good.

When walking down hill from Ulu Cami, it is difficult to decide with alley to take to cross the old town. It is best to walk to the north side main street bordering the old town first, then it is easier to find its location.

My room was upgraded for free. It was great. It's so near to the metro station. Quiet area. Walking distance to the bazaar and ulu Camii too. Internet was fast too.

A bit difficult to converse with the language barrier, but apart from that everything was perfect. Oh yes.. the counter staff speaks English but she is rarely there (contactable through Whatsapp though)

The location is great! I didn't have that much information while booking, but when we arrived, I was so happy! we travelled from Istanbul with ferry, so then we had to take a bus and then a metro and the hotel is just a few minutes walking distance from the Metro station! and also like less than 5 min to all the main attractions in old town, like Grand Camii and Bazaar. The room was clean, nice beds and bathroom also was clean and shower was great. The staff were super helpful and helped us to book our ferry tickets and gave us information. Will definitely go there next time travelling to Bursa.

At nights sometimes there was a strange smell from the air condition for some minutes, not sure if it was just those few days or not. but nothing major. Also Wifi was not great in our room because it was in the corner, it keps disconnecting.

I liked the location of the hotel room, it was near all the attractions I planned on seeing. I had reservations thinking I'll most probably need urban transport to reach my desired places, however I was able to walk almost all sights on foot (most places took 15 minutes min. and 25-30 minutes max., also a great way to explore the city). Although the hotel is located in the center of the city, it was not on the main street, which provided quietness (Bursa itself was a quiet city compared to Istanbul). The room was also comfortable, equipped with a couch and TV, an eating table, and other needed utilities, as well as a small patio, which would be lovely during summer time.

I happened to notice that although the room was clean, it had been a while since the last guest and I noticed some collected dust, however nothing to be a major issue. Also, the bathroom was a little bit small, especially after showering, the whole bathroom was covered in water. Another thing worth mentioning was the hair-dryer, very small and not powerful enough.
