The value for the money is ok. The rooms are clean and staff are very polite and helpfull. Location is not bad because is arraound 5km from center and taxi take arround 5 eur one way which is ok.

Rooms are very small and there is no balcony. Very bad thing was that I asked if there is balcony and I got positive answer and then when I arrived there they say no out hotel does not have rooms with balcony. But for the money you give is ok. Breakfast is good but very expensive. For 9 eur in Bursa you can eat a lot of good things. Also I recomend restaurant MAMIS very near to the hotel arround 4 min walking with very good food and very affordable prices.

I stay at this hotel 2 times. Nice place for standing for night, when you travel by car. Here you will have a clean room. Have very comfortable bed . I like it , it’s very nice, meanwhile with so small square. Delicious Europe breakfast. For this price - it is a unbelievable comfortable place in Turkey which have world’s hotels standards. Thank the God for this place, because it’s so unbelievable place for foreigners , who can’t including in Turkey traditional lifestyle.

It was a basic room as Ibis usually is but it was good value for money. Neat and clean hotel. Quick check-in and check-out process. Ample parking space available. The restaurant served good food. Location was fine even though it was a little far from the city. There is a mall nearby.

Requested for power adapters, dental kits etc at different times which were all provided but had to be collected ourselves from the reception. No room service was offered. Also only 2 small cups of water in the room, which is hardly enough for 2 adults.

I really liked the accommodation in the hotel, I especially liked the location, since I came here for business and the exposition was held in a building that was a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed.

Nevertheless, there were moments that would be nice to develop. Breakfast and menu in restaurant was rather limited. It would be nice to add variety to both the breakfasts and the restaurant menu.

Good hotel for several days if you travel and want to relax and stop for some time in Bursa and explore the city. Very pet friendly hotel. Absolutely amazing attitude - our cat received treats and was very happy to taste it. Very touching sign. Parking. The staff. Next time will definitely will stay here one more time.

If you are traveling without a car it can be tricky to find the way to get to city center or to get to the shops to buy something, but the hotel staff will definitely help you and answer all your questions.

Friendly staff Good location Reasonable price

My reservation was labelled as (Breakfast included). But, when I visited the restaurant for breakfast they asked me to pay 50 lira per person. When I reviewed my reservation it was mentioned with a small font (Breakfast included starting from 1 BHD) !! How come you can say breakfast is included, while you ask me to pay extra money? To me, this is words manipulation.

The restaurant downstairs at night had an amazing chef cooking and I ate in the hotel every night for dinner because of this. Staff was friendly and willing to help.

Not the hotel, but more the culture of, you are buying a per person, not the room. A warning for others who might not be ready for it.

Breakfast was great with great choice and coffee. Love the cappacino and latte. Hotel practices serious hygiene and sop. They stationed staff to assist you to choose what you want. We lined up and they picked up what you wanted and it is not self service.

Location quite far from city centre but it is great for a well good rest after long trip because it quite and peaceful.
