The staff and especially Mert were very pleasant and extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The floors are also heated which is noce. When we had a problem with our room because the heater was too warm, they found a solution for us. The location was also perfect l, easy access to many destinations by car. The shower had hot water and good pressure as well as a hand held biddet shower.

There is no restaurant inside the hotel, you do get free Turkish coffee or tea served to the guests, but a little cafe would really elevate the place.

Staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help out wherever they could. Absolutely amazing service at all times 10/10! The location was ideal with easy drive to Uludag Ski centre and a stones throw from a shopping mall across the road. The room was very clean, spacious and airy. Overall very good stay at Le Luxe and will definitely be returning!

Fantastic welcoming staff, great rooms, high end decor, comfortable beds and apartment set up. I honestly didn't want to leave. Front desk staff, especially Tarek, were phenomenal! He went above and beyond with his service. He made sure our group of 26 people were accommodated and comfortable for our entire stay.

That they don't have a Le Luxe hotel in Istanbul and we had to check out :(

The problems we faced is in the entertainment they do not have foreign channels. Also, the satellite was not programmed. As for the water kettles, it was not clean, and when we asked for a new one or a cleaner one, the response was that it was not available. Also the smell of cigarettes was annoying on the first floor.

Excellent stay. Spacious clean room and toilets. Comfortable beds. Good location- opposite Carrefour mall. Kitchen-has all the necessary utensils. TV has Netflix. Washing machine -available. We finally washed our clothes after 10 days ;).

Stayed one night. Nice apartments, there are everything you need for your stay. Room is clean. Hospitable staff, reception open 24 hours. Free parking, supermarket 5 min. away. Good value for money.

Great central location on main road right opposite carrefour. Apartment was spacious, one bedroom was just sufficient for 2 single beds. The sofa bed is quite small but they provided us a mattress. Qasim was a great host at reception.

the decoration was very up to date and functional. It created an ambience of feel good factor while away from home. Eventhough the unit is a bit small, the setting makes it feel very warmth and welcoming.

Apartment is really spacious and comfy. Good isolation between rooms. Small kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Everything is new and clean. Stuff is really helpful. Parking right in front door. You can use sauna and hammam for free. Quite close to metro. Across the road is shopping center,

Water in the shower mostly was cool, then a few moments hot, then cool again. They offered us to change the room, but for 1 night stay it was ok. Hope they have solved that problem already.
