The location is great, next door has Sec Doner for late night good, and a coffee shop for morning breakfast. Across the road there is a huge carrefour to buy daily needs etc.

Bathroom on the master bedroom a bit small, overall room is clean, only the size on a smaller side compare to normal apartments

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Royal Residence Bursa. The staff were all kind and exceptional. This is especially the case with both Burak and Yusuf who were willing to go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. They also did not hesitate to answer all of my questions about the city and places to see as well. This is definitely where I'll be returning back, the next time I visit Bursa.

Everyone in the hotel was very helpful and accommodating. The hospitality was amazing. We arrived early and they checked us in right away and even gave us an upgrade without any extra fees.

It was exceptional. Staff is amazing. Mr. Burraq is gem, you feel like you are at home with your family. Burraq suggested nice places to visit and suggested some wonderfull restaurants nearby. Property is neat and clean with free parking in basement. We had booked 1 bedroom hall and we were upgraded to 2 bedroom hall huge apartment. With fully equiped kitchen. There is big supermarket next to hotel. There is big mall right accross the hotel. There is a huge park at 3 minutes drive from property.

I had to stay in this hotel for 2 days and again extended next 2 days since I feel all are ok. The reception team are very friendly, one gentleman always help me with my luggage unfortunately i forgot he’s name, it’s very recommended for big family because it’s real apartment you can enjoy to cook by yourself and room are very clean Location near by Careffour and petrol station, I would come again when I visit bursa for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

It’s little bit noisy from outside

Very well presented apartment, Excellent location, close to Medicana, one of the best hospital in Bursa, close to malls and parks and most importantly close to Metro. Among all, the staff are very friendly helpful and polite. I would recommend anyone looking for quality and value for money hotel.

Defınıtely the best ın town. Value for Money, the staff are very welcomıng and polıte. The apartments and rooms are faırly new, the hotel ıs ın the centre of Bursa, very close to one of the best hospıtals ın Turkey, very close to shoppıng malls and parks. Our fırst ımpressıon was excellent and the few nıghts we stayed was enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone lookıng qualıty budget hotel.
