Fabulous location right in the middle of the bustling town of Canakkale, with views over the Dardanelles to Gallipoli. I had a lovely room with a comfortable bed, and a balcony overlooking the street and the ships passing by. the perfect place for me to write and watch the world pass by, in every sense, from vibrant street life to freighters carrying global trade. Wonderful owner and staff went above and beyond, even calling me a taxi at 4:30am so I could catch the one daily flight to Ankara.

You should understand that Canakkale is a bustling, lively, young town, with many students due to the local university and lots of fun places to eat and hang out. Anyone wanting a sleepy seaside town will be disappointed.

Apparently the oldest hotel in Canakkale. Quaint and comfortable room. Only across a carpark to the waterfront and surrounded by eateries etc. Fantastic staff. The breakfast was sumptuous and full of great flavours, with home grown vegies. Definitely recommended.

Nothing major, a couple of things a little tired but nothing that really matters. Probably the only negative at night was a penchant for boy racers with ridiculously loud car stereos to cruise by but we were there Thurs and Fri nights so it would be quieter on other nights.

A very nice boutique hotel in the historical center of Canakkale. We had a great view to the sea from our balcony. Walking distance to all major things to see and to try in the city. A very interesting historical building with its own fascination to architecture. Nice breakfasts, Personnel is just WONDERFUL - special thanks to Hakan and to Hasan - the guys who helped with a lot of things and made our stay comfortable and easy, and who gave directions in all senses . Special thanks to owners of the hotel - the hotel is worth staying there and coming back.

This doesn't depend on the hotel - right next to it is a VERY NOISY bar with music playing out loud all night - just a warning for those who plan to come there. Also ( hotel has no relation to it) street dogs will wake you up at 6 AM because it is just a habit of dogs in this vicinity to bark extremely loud at 6-7 AM.

The room was a little small for us and our bags. But I knew that it would be just didn't realise how small in real life that was. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom Shower was really small unfortunately so pretty uncomfortable for my husband who is tall. The reception was helpful and gave us a great suggestion for a good pub/restaurant meal that was super cheap and excellent. the young ones do a party here and there is a bit of noise from the car's music driving past but to be honest it didn't really bother us we were only there for one night. Lots of food and bar choices in the really lovely town. Had a great walk along the waterfront before breakfast and the night before. Breakfast is lovely and the young guy doing the night and early morning service was really lovely. Perfect location if you are dragging your luggage off the ferry as super close.

Loved the hotel. The staff were so friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was so beautiful. The sheets were fresh and comfortable from the decorative ceilings of the bedroom to the linen and lace tableware and window dressing. The location was so handy to port and shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately our room backed on to a nightclub which played music till all hours. Recommend requesting a front room as I am sure it would be quieter.

Very convenient and absolutely delightful. Amazing breakfast and service. We stayed only one night, but I would definitely be happy to stay again. We loved our room and the lobby/lounge/breakfast area was just gorgeous. If you wanted a great place to base yourself for longer this place would be perfect. The hosts and staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Wonderful stay.

An excellent B&B hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. Their English was rudimentary (but far better than our Turkish!). We parked in the car park just opposite the front door and it was £4 a day with a very helpful attendant. We got the nearest space to the front door both days (he moved the other car) and we didn't have to hand our keys over. This area of town is very interesting and pleasant. Its a really short, easy, drive from the car ferry. The breakfast was good and the eating area was clean and allowed viewing of the comings and goings outside. The internet signal was good - so we could listen to Radio Caroline's internet broadcasts - on my Blackberry (so not made in China which we boycott) tablet. We had a front facing top floor room, with a good sized balcony, with views of the Dardanelles. The air con worked well. The room was nice and quiet despite being in a buzzing part of town. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

I booked this hotel initially for 5 nights, but then, due to some circumstances I extended staying there for one more week and the hotel totally justified my expectations and even excelled. Great location, view to the sea, perfect hotel interior with all nice historical things, guys at reception (Hakan and Hasan) were so helpful - they made our stay homelike.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Canakkale town, at short walking distance to all tourist objectives in the city and very near to the ferry station. The hotel is very nice decorated, the room was very clean and warm. The breakfast was very good. The owners of the hotel were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel does not have parking places but there is a private parking right in the front of the hotel, we paid 7.5 EUR/day. The hotel is located very near to the restaurants and pubs. But this could be a problem because of the noise from them in the evening.

The staff is absolutely delightful and I still daydream about the breakfast dishes. Also actually ended up having the best coffee of my entire trip here. The location is also perfect right by the water. Highly recommend

The sheets/beds were a little dusty, they're not the most comfortable beds in the world and the pillow cases and sheets aren't the softest either. However after a long tiring day you're probably not going to care
