Outstanding food and main and beach restaurants, Chef and his team are brilliant , very good beach, sea, nice reception, special good words to SPA and Murat!!! Bar team is also pretty good (special thanks for gin/tonik with strawberry and cucumbers)), much appreciated to Executive manager of this hotel for hospitality and great attitude.

Gym is very limited and air-condition there is quite poor, not a single barbell, dumbells are different like un schoolgym. Biting flies are quite annoying. And the most important thing - price. Guys, it's doublled then last year!!! Keep yourself in hands, I beg you!

This has to be one of the best hotels i've stayed at, me and my wife have visited many places and have booked some fantastic hotels, but this is truly a magical place. The views are absolutely amazing. We initially had a room close to the main restaurant, but decided to move as the music at the pool side did go on till around 12pm. We were then moved to the rooms at the Oasis, which was just so peaceful, I only wish I had moved to those rooms earlier, the views and the peace was so tranquil. If you prefer the peace, then definitely opt for the rooms at the Oasis, there is a shuttle bus that runs from the main reception, Oasis, Main Restaurant and the Beach every 5 minutes, so getting around the resort is no issue at all, however, the walk is highly recommended, so you can soak in the views,.

Everything really! Everything looks like the picture, if not, better!! Super clean, only 20min from the airport, the staff was so lovely, the food was great, loads of activities organised by an app, the bar service! It was perfect, we went in May 4 nights so was quiet and super relaxing. We loved it. Ooh the yoga sooo nice by the swimming pool ❤️

The only thing was at night if your room is too close to the bar and you are an early bird you won’t get much sleep until 11:30pm at least because it could be a little bit loud but you can always ask for a room further out. Our room was opposite the bar and we like that because we watched all the fun from the room 😊

Amazing facilities, very friendly staff and everything you could ask for in a hotel complex. We had such an enjoyable stay and made use of the activities - we just wanted a relaxing beach holiday and didn’t need to leave the property at all (and didn’t go stir crazy because of it!)

We had a very frustrating start. Although there were lots of multilingual staff, they weren’t fluent on the phones and this proved an issue. We were dropped off at our apartment and they shot straight off, not waiting to ensure we got in okay. We then rang multiple times when we couldn’t enter our room and kept being told to wait for the system to update - 25 mins later we were pretty peeved and had to demand they come back with new keys… they didn’t offer this straight away (or the other times we rang). After a three hour flight delay this wait meant that we then had to rush out to dinner (having only just arrived) and when we got there they started packing away the dishes early.

Quiet and stunning location, good selection of food, excellent pools and beach, friendly staff

the fact you have to pay for decent drinks even though it’s all inclusive, have to pay for paddle boards etc. the A La Carte restaurant was not good! (stick to the buffet), unable to get a decent coffee(ie. cappuccino , flat white etc) with breakfast as the coffee machine was down at the pool and didn’t open till 9am. The excursions were not very well explained and we were very disappointed with the 2 we went on.

I loved the facilities available such as archery, yoga, darts, volleyball etc. Enjoyed the hammam and the staff were all friendly. There were many swimming pools available and lounger chairs with parasols around the resort and on different levels. It therefore didn't feel crowded although the hotel was fully booked. I booked a daybed in the chill out zone which was fab, and comfortable. The room was very clean and I loved tge fact that the hotel was supporting the recycling of plastics and was environmentally and eco friendly.

Nothing that I didn't like. However was a bit pricey I feel.

Staff were always smiling and greeting you with trying their best to help. Hotel has great varieties of food during their breakfast/lunch/dinner and always serving something to eat. Sea/beach next to hotel was well kept and hotel was providing everything (like towel, sunbed, snacks, alcohol, showers etc). We were very happy and extended our holiday more.

Due to nature of resort, some rooms have to use bus for reaching restaurant/beach but we didn't see a problem on there. Some building may require walking and it may be good idea to check with hotel during room selection.

Staff are super nice even they don’t speak English very well they are trying their best, shuttle bus every 10 min is a plus, lots of chill areas, more than 5 different pools, food was nice, spectacular views , nice entertainment every evening

Duvet is very small as well as dressing gowns, paid cabanas - this should be included in the all inclusive

The room is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay with an incredible sea view. The staff is outstanding, consistently delivering exceptional service with warmth and professionalism. The activities they offer made our stay even more exciting and relaxing.

Despite the huge variety of food and the richness of their buffet, the taste of the food was not really satisfying & can be improved.

We had a stay for 2 nights in the beginning of November. The most of all we liked the territory, Hilly area was an advantage as we like hiking. Very nice sea view from the room (which was large enough). 30 minutes to the Dalaman airport - very convenient for us. Food - 7-8 from 10. No variety of fish, the quality was normal, but not superb. On gala- dinner was a little bit better ) We really enjoyed our staying at the hotel, but the water in the swimming pool was already cold and sea was no also so warm as we expected. But there is an advantage that the Hotel is not overcrowded out of the season. For 2 days it was really perfect and not boring.

Food could be better, spa could be also more comfortable
