I booked this hotel because of the location - right on front of a beach. There are a few supermarkets nearby, and in 5 minutes of walk you reach the promenade that goes to central Fethiye, the walk is about 45-60 minutes, quite enjoyable, as there are parks and cafeterias and beautiful views to the sea. There are free public parking spaces in front of the hotel. There is a very nice balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the views to the mountains and the nearby boat channel. The WiFi was strong, the place also has a restaurant, but I did not try it. The rooms need renovation, but for the price I paid I am happy with what I got.

The bathroom equipment was quite run-down. Cleanliness was also not great, in the wardrobe there was a forgotten pair of underwear from I guess a previous guest, the toilet was not cleaned after a previous guest. Apart from that things were OK.

location, value of money

some cleaning staff enters the room without knocking . at 10 o’clock a cleaning staff told us to leave the room because there was other guests waiting for the room, of-course we ignored because checkout time is 11:30 - 12:00, and check in time is still early to 2:00; but it wasn’t nice to talk to us like this.

breakfast was better than we expected, location was great, staff was very nice and welcoming

not a fault of the hotel, but karaokes almost every night in close proximity. Older and outdated rooms, but that was expected for the price.

The entire team was very friendly and super helpful. They helped me a lot. The reception lady is so kind funny and very helpful. Ibrahim was a pleasure to meet and chat with. The location is in the middle of all the best attractions. I am glad I stayed there

No shower curtain or glass but I took an economy room so no complaints

Staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful. Room is what was expected. We were advised to leave the Aircon on while out to comeback to chilled room, which is unreal - didn't do it, but just saying. Breakfast table huge and fresh for few €. Minibar kept full at request with prices you would pay in Tesco... Scuba diving with Elite for two, whole day boat trip, with lunch, with two dives, 70€. I mean, what else can you ask for? Overall Turkish people are amazing hosts. Word of advise, if you are not used to driving in Turkey, I suggest use taxi, it's madness out there..

Very hospitality family hotel with helpful always staff, Excellent location, Great breakfast from owners personally and perfect Calis plaj. Very pozitive, interesting and energetic evenings 👌 near hotel! Latino dancers in beach club! Close walking 5 minutes to bus-station to Fethie otogar! Also I have been upgraded room with sea panorama! Thank you for serving! Very strictly recommended to visit this hotel!

Very good location on the beach. It's great to wake up early, swim in the morning before breakfast, and get energy for the rest of the day. Very close to the water taxi station and other public transport services. Great and welcoming service. Amazing attentive and caring staff. Clean rooms with plenty of space and gorgeous views. The hotel was just perfect. Nilay at the reception was so kind to make sure everything was fine with our stay. She even offered a free upgrade of our room without me asking for it. Everything was well taken care of. The breakfast was so delicious and varied. In terms of value and quality, it was simply wow. I will definitely go back there next time I'll be in Fethiye ❤

The internet connection wasn't stable.It just went off continuously. So I used my own.

The staff were very helpful and friendly allowing us to extend our checkout on the last day. The hotel is basic but has everything you need and is cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. The location is great and the views of the sunset from the balcony are amazing..

Things are a little tired and could do with some TLC but everything that you need is provided.
