Hotel is close to a grocery store and bus pick up points. Close to Calis beach. Room had a fully kitted out kitchen and was a comfortable stay. We loved our balcony. Lovely pool area with amazing bougainvillea surrounding. Bicycles available to hire from hotel.

Just a little far from many of the activities we chose to do, but just a quick taxi ride away so not really a problem. It does mean you are in a quiet area which is good.

Very nice apartment. Every thing you need for a longer stay. Kitchenette with all the utensils needed for self catering. Good size private balcony with furniture, overlooking the pool. Very well equipped bathroom. Wide stairs leading up to the 3rd floor. Beautiful building with large swimming pool. Walking distance from beach, restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean apartment, building and grounds. Very well looked after property.

Despite the late hour we got a lovely smiley welcome from our host. All of the folks there are really friendly and happy to help. The excellent location in a quiet street means it’s very peaceful at night and it’s literally two minutes away from Yerguzlar Caddesi where the fabulous Babafirin bakery is, along with lots of eateries that the locals use. Our apartment had a large double bed that was comfy and huge walk in shower. The kitchen area is perfect for making breakfast and snacks. The pool area is lovely, although we only used it one afternoon as we’re not great sunbathers but really enjoyed it. There are plenty of shady seats down one side. Tip - don’t bother to bring beach towels, you can hire them for a 50TL deposit at reception; just hand them back when you’re finished with them to get your money back

We stayed in room 104 - there is no door between the bedroom and kitchen/living area so the humming of the fridge was a bit annoying during the night. Bizarrely, the bathroom sink is about a foot away from the edge of the unit. I’m quite small so it was a bit of lean for me to wash my face. The only other thing I didn’t like was that the balcony chairs we had were hard wooden ones and very uncomfortable to sit on and from what I could see all the other rooms had rattan type ones so not sure why they were different.

This hotel was so wonderful, I couldn’t rate it more highly. The staff were very kind and helpful (for example, they kindly booked taxis for us every day). The pool area was pretty and clean and the general atmosphere was very calm and laid back. The apartment is small, but comfortable and clean and the perfect base to go exploring!

- Friendly staff - close to çaliş beach and an easy walk/bike/ taxi into old Town - big, spacious room with 2 balconies - aircon was great - shower was large and pressure was good - pool area was nice, always able to find a sunbed - breakfast was really yummy!

The apartment is very cute and charming and equipped with everything you need.i especially loved the two veranda my unit had and that's where I had most of my meals. The guys at the reception are very cheerful and helpful with instructions on how to get to places (especially, how to catch the shuttles so you can save on the huge taxi expenses). They are also ready to help with anything else you might need help with. TEN APART is walking distance from. CALIS Beach and close to groceries and restaurants. It was easy to find following their instructions.

The room was I think connected to another guest's room. Sometimes at night they would smoke and the smell would creep into my room. This is remedied just by closing all doors and windows before going to sleep. Also suggest maybe putting a small lamp or nightlight in the room for people who don't sleep with the lights off?

It was lovely cozy property, located very conveniently near Callis beach. The supermarket was just a stone's throw away. The staff were extremely helpful. We booked our transport to Olu Deniz for day trip as well as to our next destination- Izmir. They helped us with that and provided reasonable rate (compared to other cab services where we enquired). Overall, a memorable stay and I wish to stay here in future again.

The room is cleaned once in 3 days, even though they will take the trash daily. While I agree it might have been done keeping sustainability in mind, daily housekeeping would be a little more beneficial for us; especially since we were travelling with an infant.

we had a fabulous greeting from the staff, warm, friendly and informative throughout our stay. Walking across to our Villa across from the hotel met and exceeded our expectations. The pool was the first inviting thing we saw and then the spaciousness of the Villa. 3 Great size bedrooms, cleaning room with washing machine came in very handy and 2 bathrooms upstairs with WC on ground floor. Kitchen well kitted out and we even used the outside BBQ, great fun.

There wasnt anything and any little things that popped up were dealt with swiftly, nothing was too much of a problem.

Room was clean and had all the facilities listed. It is close to the beach and has long scenic walks along the beach with good view of the mountains, beach and lots of restaurants to choose from where to eat. There was no breakfast served in the hotel but plenty of places to eat and supermarkets near by if you wanted to make your own food. The room even had kitchen facilities which you don't normally get in most hotels so very good value for money. The hotel arranged for us to be picked up and dropped off at the airport which was very helpful

I only stayed two nights and both nights were very good so nothing to improve

The apartment and toilet/bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped enough for us to do some light cooking for breakfast. There were bug screens on the windows and balcony doors. The pool was also clean and great for the hot afternoons. Pool/beach towels can be borrowed from reception, with a deposit. It's located in a residential sort of area, so was quiet at night. The Bim supermarket is nearby at the main road, and one of the dolmus / bus stops is near the Bim supermarket. Calis beach and the restaurants along that stretch are about 10-15 minutes' walk away; there are also some cafes and restaurants about 10 minutes' walk in the opposite direction (inland). Staff were very responsive over the Booking dot com messaging platform and patient in answering our many queries (thanks Nesrin!). They accommodated our request to leave our luggage there for three nights while we did part of the Lycian way hike, and also helped us to book our transfers to Dalaman airport and Rhodes.

It would be good if the curtains were black-out curtains as it got bright early in the morning. There was also construction of some houses taking place next door, so it was difficult to get peace and quiet in the day time. More information on how the dolmuses operated would have been useful - no information could be found online on the routes and stops and we were only given vague instructions on where we could take the dolmus to the town centre.
