The hotel has a very central position. Staff is great, available and attentive. Breakfast is very delicious! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Parking is provided. The service of this hotel resembles many 5 stars hotels we have been in, we had a fantastic stay for 5 nights.

The only problem we found is that our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. The room was delivered to us in a very clean state, however the maid just made the bed and put the towels in their place every day, without cleaning the floor, changing the minibar, or adding water.

The property has a great location, parking garage and is very clean. There is free water everyday and the staff is very friendly and helpful even if they do not understand English.

The fridge in the room is a joke, it doesn’t cool at all. We asked for a technician several times but all we got is an explanation that it can not be changed. Also the laundry service was quite expensive and the Internet wasn’t working (ok for WhatsApp texts but during a one week stay not once was I able to do a phone call via WhatsApp or Skype). Some very nice technicians tried to make the Internet cable in the room work but no luck. I had to buy a SIM card.

I mostly like is, friendly stuff, clean and comfy hotel, amazing location, nice food ☺️mustafa (bellboy) was very very helpful and friendly stuff and Sibel (cleaning lady) was a very nice lady she was there anytime we need it anything , Novotel is my one of favourite hotel.

My first night started with bad experience but after all were good.

Comfortable large room, clean nice bathroom, quality toiletries. Great location next to the Havas bus station when coming from the airport and across from the Archaeological Museum which is fantastic. The historic center is accessible on foot. We forgot the phone on the bus when we arrived from the airport, it was late in the evening. The girl at the reception does not speak English but she solved our problem, she immediately contacted Havast bus, found the driver and arrange everything, he bring the phone to the reception. Staff also book a taxi for us on the last day.

We had communication problems. The staff does not speak English, except one girl who (of course) did not work all the time. They wanted to charge us more than the amount of our booking reservation (double). I think the receptionist was confused with the Euro TL conversion, calculation and the Booking reservation system. After several exchanging our calculators, we managed to reach the right price. He was nice and kind despite the confusion.

Clean, comfortable and good facilities including a big carpark right next to the IBIS hotel. The hotel is almost attached to a very fancy indoor shopping centre called the Forum. A short leisurely walk of approx 7 mins takes you by the old city of Gaziantep by the castle with all hustle bustle and many restaurants. We used the hotels laundry service which was reasonable. Great breakfast at hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hello Everything is in Top level in this hotel specially breakfast is awesome and try (Goz yumurta) on breakfast, I like it very much. And stuff are very kind and they care about you and as Mr. Mehmet asked me to mention his name on comment so I want to say special thanks to him as room cleaning was perfect because of him. Overall, our experience was quite positive. The staff, especially Mustafa the doorman, were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. However, there is room for improvement in the comfort of the beds.

The internet was not set up, for business travel. Also, log in to internet was complicated. The far rooms from the corridors, did not get even barely one line of internet. there needs to be one person, who speaks fluent English per shift..

Good quality hotel in a central location. The staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Mustafa the bellboy. He was more like a concierge, giving assistance to all the guests.
