Everything, our room was super clean and had all facilities. The staff is so kind and they help us always. Breakfast is delicious, the kitchen is crystal clean all the time and you can find delicious lunches and dinners for a good price. We really enjoyed our short time in this hotel, it is lovely. If you want to do hot air balloon activity, they can offer you and is good.

We got a green tour with them but to be honest, it wasn't good, we paid 60 € per person and lunch was included, supposed to be buffet but when we arrived to the lunch place the lunch is not buffet, it was just a little dish and if you want to drink coke you need to pay 50 TL or 80 TL per fresh limonate. Also I don't recommend you the guide tour, he was smoking during the tour, and I think he doesn't know enough to guide that kind of tour, by the way the minivan wasn't comfortable and the AC didn't work well in all the trip.

Olivia is family run, and the family is really lovely, the staff very helpful and warm. I stayed for a full week in a delux room in the new part which was spotless, large and had nice design elements. The location is very quiet and yet its one to two blocks from all key places in Goreme town including a taxi stand and the main bus stops, but the street itself is a side road opposite a school Very peaceful away from foot traffic. I had a car and they always kept a spot in front. Breakfast is large and fresh cooked and varied, the restaurant has a nice view of the hills. I often ate in the restaurant and while the menu is not extensive, the food was fresh and very very good. For this affordable cost per night, I'd class it as an exceptional value.

The rooms were stunning and had plenty of space. The shower had excellent water pressure. The beds were comfortable. The staff were fabulous - very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. The location was very central, so easy to walk to what we needed and easy to catch a taxi for those things farther out. The staff were able to help us book everything we wished to do - and were very flexible when we needed to adjust our plans. We would happily stay here again.

We wish we could have spent more time! Also, the balloons launched very close to the hotel during our stay - so a reminder to close your windows at night as they are very loud that early in the AM!

Staff is super friendly and helpful, organising tours for us. The location is in the heart of Goreme, short walk from sunset viewpoint. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated with mountain view. Breakfast is excellent with a variety of choice. We had dinners in the restaurant of the hotel as well. Food was delicious and a lot cheaper than other local restaurants. We had coffee and tea at night time in the hotel restaurant with great view over to the town and the mountain.

We spent 3 days in this hotel in the beginning of March. I might say that this is one of the best small hotels we've ever stayed in. It is located near the main street right in the center of Göreme. You may walk to Göreme Open Air Museum in 15-20 minutes. A lot of cafes and restaurants, couple of exchange offices, supermarket and liquor shop are nearby. But in Göreme everything is nearby. Our room 305 was large, comfortable and homely with windows facing Göreme view point. It fully corresponds to its description on Booking.com. Very good breakfast was served on the third-floor terrace. Our transfers from the airport and back were arranged by hotel staff. Before our arrival receptionist Nurana provided complete list of activities in Göreme so it is possible to book them in advance, especially hot balloon ride. Next time we come to Göreme I'll definitely book this hotel.

The communication was better than any other place I’ve stayed at, they responded quickly and set up transfers and bookings for things like balloon rides almost immediately. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned daily, tea and coffee were available in the room and also replaced every day. The location is perfect - very close to everything and easy to walk to the open air museum and other hiking areas or viewpoints. And there’s also a supermarket and ATMs within a minute or two walking, as well as tons of restaurants and shops etc.

I could hear other guests at times, but not enough for it to bother me, and I noticed some spots that could have been cleaned better, although nothing that would be a big issue. Overall it was all great!

We liked everything this place offered. Friendly and lovely staff. Good size room and comfortable bed. Extremely convenient location right opposite to the bus stations to the neighbouring cities, and the main street. Highly recommended to dine in their own restaurant on the top floor. Home cook traditional Turkish dishes, super yummy and affordable. After tasting their food, we didn't eat in other restaurants in town. Onsite Turkish bath and massage, so you can go up to the room after the relaxing massage.

I liked everything it was clean shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap bars and even two bottles of water every day. breakfast was amazing and no additional cost. the service was the best I have ever had. the staff is pretty much all family and very friendly. Savage arranged everything handled the money part, transportation, PCR tests. basically we showed up and he made us an itinerary for our stay. and I know I was thinking he upped the charge on everything but no when I checked the prices at the vendors he added nothing. the hotel itself was so well decorated it in itself was an adventure I can say this is the best place I have ever stayed times ten. hope they read this because they made our vacation stress free. just wonderful people and we felt taken care of just like family

Olivia hotel Highly recommend this hotel to experience a wonderful stay at Capadoccia. Centrally situated right in the centre and close to tourist attractions. There are many eating joints catering to various international cuisines and some very good Turkish restuarants. A special mention and thanks to Nurana from Olivia hotel. She is extremely kind, gentle and helpful person and always ready to help with a smile and warmth. She was very helpful to us at all times and helped us with booking various tours at affordable prices. She was extremely accomodative with all our adhoc requests at all the times. the hotel breakfast also was good with wide options to choose from..we were grateful to Olivia and Nurana to make our stay pleasant and joyful

The staff were very friendly and accomodating, the hotel was located near by all major attractions and food places and shops. The room was lovely and the hotel had beautiful views from the terrace.

There was one iron in the whole hotel which was shared amongst guests and had to be requested again and again. The tea, coffee and milk was not replaced in the room once finished, even when requested. The breakfast options were very minimal, very basic continental, omellette on request had to be paid for extra. The aircon was very slow and didn't work well, buf we were lucky it didn't get too hot in the room as rooms were cooler thab outdoors.
