Great Hotel. Very nice and big room. Great location.

The AC was not strong. The first day it took a really long time for the room to get cold. It was hard to sleep.

Location is perfect, it is in Goreme. Everything is near, restaurants, markets. Everyday the room is being cleaned. Towels, water, coffee, toiletries are being replaced/restocked. During breakfast, omelette can be requested, Suti is very kind and sweet and always asked us if we want it. Staffs and receptionist are very kind and approachable. We requested to print out visa for our next travel and they are kind enough to accomodate it without any charge. If you are not sure where to go, they will also guide and point you to somewhere nice. Showers and toilet are spacious, I love it.

We have booked the hotel for 4D/3N. The hotel is located within main centre of Goreme town and very close to many restaurants and shops. We have contacted the hotel after booking but before traveling to Turkey. Mr Sinan has guided us from very beginning, starting from airport transfers, Hot Air Balloon oon booking and all local tours. Eve though I was planning my daily schedules, however he has suggested the best plans. All the local tours we have taken from Hotel only. -Hot Air Balloon Ride - Cappadocia Green Tour - Cappadocia Red Tour - Turkish Night Show Unfortunately we have faced bad weather (rain) during our stay in Cappadocia, though it was unusual to have rain in summer months. But with the help of Mr Sinan, all of our plans got through perfectly. All the hotel persons are very helpful and their behavior is very homely. Special thanks to Mr Sinan and along with Halil and Hasan. Another person we can’t forget that the young girl Ms Sude. Though she is in intern, her welcome smile always made us happy. Thanks to Her. Lastly, we would like to thanks Ms Lale and from restaurant Yasemin Betul and Hasan. Overall our stay in Hotel and Cappadocia was one of our memorable trip.

Everything. The highlight was you have 360 view of the baloons from the roof top. Oh, one more thing, the reception was very helpful when checking us in, he refused to received payment by credit card because when we swiped my card, the machine charged almost 200 USD for currency exchange commission. So, he gave us the rooms and tell us we can pay by cash at check out. Everyone working there were so friendly. I will definitely choose Grand Cappadocia Hotel again when I have the chance to do another visit to Kapadokya.

I didn’t get the change to enjoy their nice swimming pool because it was still too cold for swimming.

Sinan was an amazing Host! He gave us everything we asked for like a fan, iron, milk etc and was very very good! We also got an early check in whohc was great to rest after a long flight. The location was perfect, no hills, lots of restaurants nearby and amazing Views of the Balloons so close every morning! If the view is important this hotel is perfect becsuse they have sp many ballons right next to the hotel! The breakfast was also sp delicious especially the cakes! Yum

We stayed in the room with the balcony and it was great but no AC in the top room so it was quite hot up there especially in the august heat- but they gave us a fan which helped alot! But it would be great if they installed an AC unit on the top floor too.

We stayed here for two nights and it was absolutely amazing. We had a beautiful triple room with a large bathroom right next to the swimming pool, and it was clean, luxurious, relaxing and well-furnished in equal measure. The breakfast spread on the terrace was also wonderful (included in the price of our booking). The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond, including facilitating late check out at our request and helped us to get back something we had forgotten in the room after checking out! Sinan especially gave us lots of detailed and prompt information about the day tours which we could book via the hotel, and we did indeed end up booking both the Green and Red day tours with them. Overall a fantastic and comfortable stay at a very reasonable price in Cappadocia!

This property is located walking distance to many attractions. Many small and large restaurants and grocery shops are in the surrounding areas. The room and the bathroom were spacious. Although the hotel is in the centre of Goreme, it is surprisingly quiet. The staff are amazing very helpful. Mr Sinun helped us a lot in renting car, and advising us on how we should organise our visits to the main attractions. Mr Halil was also outstanding always advised us on many issues. We met these guys at the front desks. The breakfast was excellent with many options including local menus. From the rooftop, we enjoyed watching all balloons early in the morning. This is an added advantage. This was a beautiful scene everyday.

I liked everything about this property. The breakfast spread was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would especially like to mention Sinan. He really helped to make our trip even more memorable. He organised an amazing jeep safari for us, quad biking and green tour. The hot air balloon tour that we booked through them was also a surreal experience. Would recommend everyone to book their stay as well as tours with this property! Sude was also very sweet and hospitable. She took good care of us during breakfast as we were travelling with kids. She was always willing to help. 😊😊

Elevator,good wifi, heater worked well, room is quite spacious,staff especially Silin is good and helpful,next to post office so easy to send package to Istanbul.I got room no 305,unfortunately there was no shower curtain so water sprinkled everywhere in bathroom floor,i asked for extra bath mats but they forgot to give on day 2,they only gave it on day 3.Breakfast is Turkish breakfast, with some changes in certain menu daily.Overall hotel is clean.We took 10euro airport transfer for each person from Kayseri airport to make our trip hassle free.

No safe deposit box inside the room,only roll tissues given, bathroom needs to have door or curtain especially rm no 305 which I stayed in.
