1- The hotel reception was friendly. 2- The beds were really uncomfortable and should be replaced. 3- When the windows were closed, there was a bad smell in the room. 4- The breakfast could have been more varied on different days. 5- The hotel's access to shopping and subway was excellent. 6- The rooms were clean. 7- The weakest issue in the hotel was the internet.

Location is nearing Osmanbay station, by using Osmanbay station you can reach a lot of places like Blue Mosque, Taksim, Emininio ...etc

Our family enjoyed our trip to Turkey, and staff of this hotel fulfilled our experience with great service and friendly attitude towards us. Room service was also great and the room was kept clean and tidy everyday, never got disturbed by staff. Included breakfast was rich with different foods but the same everyday. Good infrastructure with all necessary shops, restaurants and services around the area.

Only problem was with smoking neighbours, and the smell went through air conditioning but we didn't bother.

The location is close to the Hilton as our conference was there. Staff kept my luggage for an additional 10 days without a charge. The staff was very helpful when needed.

Many rooms face the wall and doesn’t get sunlight. Though there are drawings on the walls to make it look less boring.

The Hotel Location is close to city center and can be reached by Osmanbey metro station which is 5-10 minutes by walk. easy walk if you travel backpack but no easy if you have heavy baggage since the sidewalks are no baggage friendly, we used Uber without problem. There are lots of shops around and everything can be found around hotel which is a plus. Safe neighborhood and family friendly around. The hotel staff are very friendly specially the guys at breakfast and we got full support every time we needed. The breakfast is acceptable with several good options every day and also nice atmosphere. Our room was refreshed everyday that we really appreciated. free drink water also provided everyday. The bathroom is quite spacious with acceptable daily toiletterie.

The cleanness not bad but can be improved. The soundproofing especially from room's door side.

I see lots of people complaining about rooms being run down and needing renovation. Yes, I have seen a few cracks in the ceiling but it actually adds some charm to the room. Also a great shower with working drain. First time out of 5 hotels we have visited in Turkey :) Staff is super friendly and speak decent English. Nice breakfasts are currently served into the rooms due to covid, but there is a nice eating area in the building. I had to work for a first week of stay and had no issues with the wifi quality. Overall very good hotel, especially if you need a desk to work.

Hotel is great value for money. Friendly staff. Wifi pretty good, compared to other hotels.

The area itself has quite chaotic traffic, for someone who comes from a western country and is not used to such conditions, it may be stressful. Kerbsides are very narrow let alone the steep hills, that can make walking a hassle. But to be fair this is the state of most of Istanbul. In terms of distance to Taksim or the shopping area Nisantasi, even though theoretically it's only a 20-30 mins walk, walking is not easy around the streets of Istanbul, you might end up taking taxi, which is not that cheap.

Staff very helpful,very clean, good traditional Turkish breakfast, good shower and bathroom.Location not to bad, a walk of about 10min up hill to the Metro and bus stop.

Bathroom fixtures are loose and poorly installed but work, description states bar and minibar in room, but the hotel does not serve alcohol. The shower floor is very slippy and needs a non slip mat.dangerous for older people.

Nice hotel. They organised a taxi for getting back to airport. Overall okay hotel for short trip

Breakfast was average but I was aware of that from previous reviews. Sizes of room are on the smaller size. We asked the cleaning staff to clean our room as we were leaving and they said yes but when we came back it hadn't been cleaned
