1. The staff were welcoming all the time. Mr daoud, Mr Anas and Ms. Seera all are in the reception are professional, polite and lovely people. 2.the housekeeping ladies are extremely polite and professional. They were coming every day. Our room was cleaned every day 3. The location is very good near Osama Bey metro station with access to different shops and all thing are beside you from markets to pharmacy and every thing was in the neighborhood 4. This is kind of hotels you are thinking that if you return back you will definitely choose it again and again.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in Istanbul! Highly recommend you stay here for your getaways. The hotel is very clean and transport links are amazing around the hotel, you could get to Eminönü & Taksim within 10-15 minutes max by bus even quicker with the metrobus/train. Nişantaşı is within 5-10 minute walk! The cleanliness of the hotel is outstandingly great! The staff especially we thank so much for all their help & support, they were all amazing with their services! Very welcoming, warm hearted and friendly staff, it couldn’t have been any better. Highly highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming Istanbul and we will definitely be returning again and choosing here for our future stays in Istanbul for sure! Staff has been very friendly. The hotel and the rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are really comfortable. You can get water and Turkish coffee for free if you want. They don't offer breakfast which is ok as there are a lot of different nice eateries very close by. We always stay in Sisli when in Istanbul as you will find everything you need in walking distance. This has been our second stay at this hotel, but most probably not our last. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

There has been nothing to complain about.

Extremely clean and well presented. Great location. You can walk to Taksim square (20mins) or get the metro which is very easy. Loads of restaurants in the area too. Staff were extremely friendly. David gave us such a great intro and was so helpful through our whole stay. We wondered if a 9.6 rating was really going to be deserved but it absolutely was. A 10 from us.

Nothing it was great

The location was very good and the staff was quite helpful. Eyad, Dawood and Sedrc all were really helpful and they answered all the questions I had. The metro station is much near which makes it quite helpful.

The thing which can be improved is the early check-in charges. I know to check-in early you always need tp pay extra but it would be quite helpful if you can kind of change that policy as the guest is coming from a far place and would like to rest and will be staying with you for a week. I wonder if some expectations can be made on this.

Everything was perfect. Staff was extremely kind and always very helpful. Location was perfect, near a good metro stop from which you can reach many sights quickly and also near many nice places to eat. Room was comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here when we visit Istanbul again. Staying here made our vacation in Istanbul a pleasant and memorable one. Thank you again to everyone!

The staff is absolutely exceptional. They are at your service, extremely kind - They deserve 20/10. Definitely a 5 star hotel level of service. I confused my travel dates by mistake and they reimbursed me the first night. I love that coffee, tea, and water are free at reception. The location is perfect - walking distance from everything you need, yet a fairly residential neighborhood of Istanbul. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very flexible in accommodating our check in one hour in advance, however the cleaning of the room seems to have been rushed - one bed was missing a blanket, and it wasn't clear if the hand towel had been changed in the bathroom. Sometimes these things can happen - but it did give a strange start to our stay. The staff was however very quick to resolve the issues promptly.

Wow wow wow Amazing staff, i cannot name all but Mr Enis established a great team with superb customer service.. Room was good and everyday it was cleaned spotlessly. Great location in Nisantasi. Highly recommended it. You will understand why they have 9+ feedback. All the best guys

All amazing

Sedra and the rest of the staff were very friendly. They helped us with our bags, offered us tea and coffee whenever we were in the lobby. We had water bottles provided to us throughout the duration of the stay. The room was spotlessly clean and enough linen was provided. Slippers were also provided too. The location is great, not too far from the Osmanbey metro stop. Despite being room only, there was an option to order food from the local shops and restaurants when you scanned the QR code provided in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is definitely a hidden gem with the most lovely and helpful staff. We had a brilliant time because of their outstanding service and hospitality. Our room was big, clean and comfortable with a great shower and the daily tidying up made it even better (thank you!). We loved the Turkish coffee we received at check-in and really appreciate the warm energy everyone showed us during our entire stay. It’s very close to Nişantaşı centre and loads of shops and places to eat. We highly recommend Süreya Kahvaltı for a delicious fresh breakfast nearby.
