This is my second time staying at Mercure Bomonti and I absolutely love it. They never disappoint. The staff are professional yet friendly and do their best to accomodate your requests. I also did online shopping before I travelled to Istanbul, I asked the reception if they could pick up my parcels from the drivers and they did. On my arrival and during check-in the staff gave me my parcles, they kept it safe until I arrived. I would also like to give a special thanks to Elif.K from the housekeeping team. She is a lovely lady, kept our room clean and was trustworthy. She greeted us each and every time. Thank you to the team at Mercure Istanbul Bomonti. Of course i’ll be staying again and I highly recommend it.

I liked very much front desk team especially Mr.Eyoub & Ms. Busra , as super traveller and Genius level 3 let me tell you that she was wonderful I believe staff members like Busra is the best ambassador to represent Mercure Hotel . Mr.Abdulla as well in the reception area is so friendly and available to help at any time. Ms.Yildiz in the restaurant was so friendly.

Hotel is still in good shape and it offer good selection of different level if rooms and it has spa. Best thing in hotel is people who work here, front desk, consierce, kobby bat all so friendly and helpful. We lost on phone to taxi, i asked lobby consier whay can be done: He saud i get your phone back! Yes it happen 4- hours later he licated driver by hotel securiry cameras/ got phone back! excelent service.

The room was big, with adequate facilities. The staff were helpful. The hotel reception area had the sweet and refreshing scent.

Once we switch off the AC, we couldn't swith it on again except after contacting the technician. This happened many times. The water boiler wasn't really clean! The breakfast price is a bit expensive!

Amazing people are working at the Reception desk! Very positive, always helpful with everything, attentive to detail, friendly! Mercure Bomonti is my favorite hotel, each time I travel to Istanbul for business or leisure, I always stay there. Live it!! Thank you!

It would be awesome if there would be an option of good quality machine coffee for breakfast. The test is great!!

Excellent, friendly staff. Especially the manager Mr Eyup who went above and beyond to help us settle in and have a fantastic stay. The hotel facilities were absolutely brilliant - luxurious, environmentally-friendly and family-friendly too. We will certainly be staying at this hotel again and would highly recommend!

The location was good, not far from Taksim square and in a quiet area. Close to the hotel there are Bomonti area with nice restuarants, perfect breakfast and dinner at Griffini restuarant (4 minutes walk from the hotel). Room were clean and spacious, but not as modern as on the pictures. We were upgraded during our stay and were checked in at 10:00 instead of 14:00 which is perfect.

The hotel was very good actually. The personal was very kindly. :) Also the food was very good, no matter that every day the food was same.

The food was same for every day. There was a build process in parking place and one morning I catch the repair guys to use my car like a table to draw something on it.... And I inform the reception about it, but still there was no apologize even....
